Danno with Belle Roche is a definitely breath of fresh air! Having an abundance of treasures left to me from my parents, I either needed to purchase a larger home or size down. Choosing the obvious, I searched for someone I was comfortable with and by referral it all held true. Danno has an excellent eye for fine jewelry and other select items. He is also honest, respectful, and kind. If ever you find yourself in a similar position, rest assured your in good hands with a man that knows his industry well.

My experience at Belle Roche Estate Jewelry Buyers was very positive. I was able to make an appointment without difficulty. Dano, met with me and gave me an excellent price for a bracelet I was selling. He knows the business and I recommend him without reservation.

There is not a store any longer. No merchandise to see when I dropped into the second floor space today. Nice woman answered the door and said they sell on EBay only now.

I only have one piece of advice for anyone looking to sell jewelry to this place. I took a necklace to Belle Roche and was given what I considered to be an extremely low offer. That doesn't mean I was getting ripped off but maybe they just weren't interested in the piece I was selling. Immediately after I left, I went to another jewelry buyer in the same town and was offered dramatically more, 3x what I was offered at Belle Roche. It's obviously their job to buy at the lowest price possible because they have to resell it but the difference in the offers was so drastic I thought it was worth mentioning. Belle Roche has mainly good reviews, they were professional when I was there and to their credit the owner told me I might want to see what I could get for it elsewhere. So..again, if you go, maybe you will get the price you want but do yourself a favor and get a second offer somewhere else so you feel good about the sale.

After reading all of the positive reviews on Yelp, I decided to give this place a try. Wish I would have saved the 10 minutes I wasted here. I walked in and was not greeted and barely acknowledged. No one introduced themselves to me, and I had to approach the woman at the first desk on the right after walking in to have someone even look up at me. I understand that being a 25 year old man is probably not top priority in the jewelry world, but I felt uncomfortable from the beginning. I have some left over diamonds from one of my grandma's rings I used to make my fiance's engagement ring. I wanted to have the left over diamonds appraised. My grandmother's ring was appraised at over $15,000. The woman at this "fine" establishment offered me $180 for 4 diamonds. She explained that one had a crack in it, which is fine and I appreciated. But then acted like the rest were straight up trash and basically tossed them back at me. She acted like I had truly wasted her time. I will never recommend this place to anyone, and will definitely never return. Wish I could give 0 stars. Rude service, complete judgement from the beginning, and a total ripoff. Since this I have taken the diamonds to another jeweler and was offered $600. Bye Bell Roche

Nice folks to deal with! Took some vintage pieces of jewelry that used to belong to my husband's grandmother. Dan took time to review and test each piece, even doing some research on a couple Tiffany pieces. He was knowledgeable, patient and fair, and made an offer for everything that pleased my mother-in-law very much. Definitely recommend! Thanks, Dan.

I have sold many pieces of gold jewelry to Belle Roche Estate Jewelry Buyers over the years. I will never go back after my last experience with them. I brought in jewelry that had diamonds in them, which I had not done before with them. The first time I brought in gold jewelry with diamonds, Danno told me the gold was worth something but the diamonds had no value. Because I had dealt with him several times before, I trusted what he said. The second time I brought in gold jewelry with diamonds, I dealt with Judy, the owner, she also told me my gold wedding ring was worth market value but the 5 diamonds, had no worth. Wrong!!!! I don't no why, to this day, I sold my wedding ring to them. At the time I really needed to sell my ring BUT, if the diamonds had no worth, they should have given me the diamonds and kept the gold. I am still upset with them and myself for listening to them. They were wrong! My husband & I had our gold wedding rings custom made and I know for a fact, the diamonds were real and had value. To this day I am Heartsick that I let them get away with their dishonesty!!!! Let them buy your gold if you still want to but do not trust them with your diamonds, find a honest diamond expert.
