I have been going to this store location ever since this was open (3+ years) and the employees who work there have been super friendly and accommodating. Today was a different day. Lexi, who called herself as the store manager, changed my opinion about this place. She was very rude and sarcastic to me. At the same time she completely declined to exchange an online order that I was picking up in the store. She told me that the policies have changed since last 6 months. When I told her that I recently exchanged a similar order few months ago then she just declined to comment and told me that she won't do it. At that moment other employee showed her how to do this exchange. I don't get it, how does this Manager Lexi doesn't know things that other employees know and then she turned rude to me in her comments. I hope this review gets addressed by this location's management.

I picked up an online order. I usually would shop in store, which is dangerous for me as I walk out with more stuff, lol than what I originally went to get. This store is clean and the customer service is great!!
