I had a great experience purchasing my Big Green Egg. Andrew was very knowledgeable and worked with me to pick out the size that would be best for me. The delivery guys were very polite and instillation was quick. The store has everything you need no reason to drive to San Diego. I recommend you visit!

DO NOT buy their bbq islands, they are absolute garbage and have no framing or structure. It's literally just stucco holding it together. It will fall apart according to the managers if you push it to straighten it out. They say you need two plus people to lift it and gently put it down. For 3500$ you would think it would have a wood framing, and be repairable but nope. If you push it a couple inches, the stucco breaks off, they call it frame damage and it cannot be repaired. Save your money and have a real contractor build you a island, it will still be less than this over priced garbage.

The Encinitas store sent two technicians on November 23 2021, to my home to check out my outdoor kitchen. I opened my front door and they had parked across my driveway. When I questioned why they were parked in front of the driveway, I was told they did not know why. I asked them to move their vehicle and was met with an attitude. Their lack of unprofessionalism totally undermined my confidence in the quality of their workmanship.

We bought a bbq at Barbeques Galore some years ago. We needed a repair done. Called Barbecues Galore for help and was told since the manufacturer was no longer in business, there was nothing they could do. They refused to send a tech out. They refused to research any parts sites. They refused to return my calls. They simply said there was nothing they were willing to do. I called San Diego Barbeque (SDBBQ) and 3 weeks later our bbq was fixed. A miracle!!! I would NEVER, EVER purchase another barbeque or any thing else, for that matter, from Barbeques Galore

DO NOT BUY ANY PRODUCTS FROM THIS COMPANY. I HAVE BEEN SOLD DEFECTIVE GRILL FOR $5,000.00 AND COMPLETE RUN AROUND. I CANNOT GET AHOLD OF MANAGER AND 'PRESTON' THE SALES PERSON HUNG UP ON ME AFTER ADMITTING THE PRODUCT HAS ISSUES WITH 'WIND'.
