I am 57 and have never had a late payment in my life. My Bank of America card was used by one of my kids while I was out of the country and I did not realize. So for a $19 charge, B of A contacted the FICO scoring companies and my perfect score of 850 reduced to 713. I contacted B of A and asked them to change the score as I had never had a late payment before. They refused. For $19 I lost my credit score and now cannot refinance my house as my score is too low.

I got to the bank on Saturday at 4:45pm grateful I could cash my checks with 15 minutes to spare only to find they closed early and I couldn't cash them through the machine due to the teller being gone already. You close at 5pm on Saturday!! I'm switching my accounts to Chase. This is b********

Alert this is not a bank it's only an ATM I just drove 20 minutes to get here because I need to get a security check! Another reason why I'm switching to Citigroup

Popped in to withdrawal cash from the ATM. Didn't have any interaction with any of the bankers, but they very kindly greeted me and said goodbye when I was finished. Parking was an ease too.

I had a bank check to deposit that was the payment for a car I sold - $15,000. I trusted that everything would go fine if I deposit it at the ATM. Three days later I coincidentally checked my balance on my account and noticed that they withdrew the deposit, without any further info on it. I called frantically to find out what happened. After endlessly on hold (over 30 min!) I heard that they sent me a letter in the mail (who still does that?), which will take 3-4 business days (!!!) explaining to me that they can't deposit the check. I found out that the check issued from Navy Federal has a common security policy to issue a check that covers a car financing "pay to the order of" the seller AND buyer of the car. Now get this: Bank of America requires that the account is owned by all names listed after "pay to the order of". Apparently the only one who has a problem with this common occurrence! What a BS! Just so you know, what you can expect elsewhere, I'm also banking at a small Internet bank, who has a different approach, like a 21st century one. If there is a problem with a check deposit, they 1. send me an immediate text (wow!) to make me aware of the problem right away. 2. They send me an email (the SAME DAY!), with all the info and help to get he deposit transaction completed ASAP. Bank of America is not capable of doing this. Don't be fooled by the fact they are using electricity in their branch, they are not up-to-date with modern times. Instead, I have to WAIT for a week (!) to get the returned check back of a significant sum and try to solve they issue without them at that time. In the meantime, I better start walking, since the $15k was planned for buying another car. Thanks a lot, Bank of America! Stay away from this bank! It's great if you never need their help, but when you need something out of the ordinary and maybe some extra service, they don't give a fork! I'm only banking there because of my husband.

Just a convenient little walk up ATM. Located in a big shopping center in the middle of the parking lot. Plenty of places to park. Just be aware of your surroundings.

Just a walk up ATM, not even a drive thru and it's by itself. This ATM used to be Navy Federal Credit Union. No safe place to stand, the ATM is an island in the middle of a parking lot and strip mall entrance. Also, watch out for those birds, they just hang around the roof and they might p*** on you!
