Melissa was my store rep at AT&T. She was amazing! Helped me figure out that my phone wasn't really cracked just the screen protector so I was eligible for trade in. She also figured out I was eligible for a first responder discount. None of the other phone providers I visited asked such thorough questions and made me feel taken care of. I used to use T-mobile and they were fine, but I feel extremely well looked after with AT&T. Thank you for your support!

Mel (Melissa Soto) was incredibly helpful. She had a great attitude, was very knowledgeable and very kind. She was patient with me and helped correct an error that I had made. She was very professional through the entire 3+ hour exchange. Very positive experience. Thanks to Mel.

THEY WILL ROB YOU DONT GIVE THEM CASH!!! They will say their credit card machine isn't working after running your card then take cash from you. But the card went through everytime they run it, so they charge you multiple times. The AT&T customer service told me to call the authorities, but they won't help and say it's a civil matter. So be careful Melissa will rob you and you can't do anything about it. You are much better off going online or through the phone. The customer service person said shady stuff happens in store fronts everyday.

Ignored? One service person on the floor actually helping small family and the other services person having a chat session with a friend Foreverrrr. Another customer and myself sat and sat and sat and I chose to walk out Sad service :(

Great experience with Mel! I came in for a watch upgrade and left with a new watch, an upgrade to a new phone and $50 off my monthly bill that she reviewed with me thoroughly!She was incredibly polite and respectful when rude customers came up to her demanding she help them and was able to still make sure I was fine and help them as well, very professionally! Very very happy I came into this store yesterday!

Had issues with new phone not connecting to correct telephone number. Fabian understood the issue and went to work on it right away. He helped us with two issues and even in the complex issue he remained cool and professional. Seemed like the store was short staffed but he was able to check people in as well. Thanks Fabian - you are truly an awesome individual and even represent AT&T as a company. You deserve some time off and a well deserving of a bonus. Thanks.

Do not trust the sales associates. He lied straight to my face. I went on launch day to get the new iPhone and he said it would be arriving in 5-7 business days. I even clarified with him on the arrival time when I first ordered it. He said it would be arriving in that time not that it should or that it typically does. Two weeks later I called AT&T and they said it would be at my house a month after I originally ordered it. If I would have known it was going to take so long I would have gone it somewhere else. I still haven't gotten my order. The management and associates need great improvement to say the least.

Yes, it was time. Old phones and a good deal from our long time carrier AT&T. As much as i dreaded the process, in I went. Pretty open store by Walmart so easy parking. Not too busy, so sat down with bossman Joe who started telling me the deals. I had to ask Deb which color she wanted and Joe took another customer....hmmmm. And then Mel walked over the process and smiles started. She said we can help with this, how bout this discount? Lets do this trade in..... she made it so easy i walked out with not only two new phones but a new iPad for Deb!!!! I was hubby of the year thanks to Mel. Thank you. Happy customer!
