Wonderful service and very nice people. They were the most reasonable and called me back when I inquired about an opening...one of the only ones who did. Really appreciate Sonya, who is the manager, she could NOT be more accommodating, pleasant, customer oriented and personable. The place is clean and secure. I'm very satisfied.

We stored our belongings here for 7 years while we were out of the country. I found the owners very easy to talk to and helpful. We communicated well over email when needed. When I was visiting, the team was also extremely helpful and kind. The facilities were in excellent condition and all of our belongings stayed safe from pests and environmental damage. I would recommend this storage facility to anyone.

Good, reliable company! Feels very safe. Sonya and her husband take good care of the property and are very attentive. They decorate for the holidays which is a cute touch. Maria who sometimes works the front desk is helpful. They are consistent sending me my monthly bill and making any requested updates. I would recommend storage services here and enjoy being a customer.

To update the simplest information is the biggest pain in the butt isn't that right Claudia. This employee hung up on me multiple times because she couldn't change an address in an unit at their facilities. Claudia spoke to me with a very aggressive tone when I called. Who knows if it was due to the fact that it was close to closing time and she had to answer one more call but hey it's still your companies operating hours and you need to be more pleasant when dealing with customers in the phone.

These ridiculous people lock up the restroom at 4:30 so you can't wash your hands after you've been working in your storage unit or go to the bathroom it's ridiculous

great storage with amazing people. i have tried them all out and this is the best place with personal service and the best customer care. the place is kept clean, secure and the riff-raff types are kept out. they even gave a free month off because the lift went out.. when i didn't even ask for it. what business nowadays says no to money? instead they earn my trust and confidence and now i hope to spread how awesome they are. thank you Sonia and Maria!

ALL STORAGE ENCINITAS---SONYA AND ERIK ARE A MEAN BUNCH---THE FACILITY DESERVES A ZERO!!!!!! THEY WERE GIVEN MY NEW ADDRESS WHEN I MOVED BACK TO CARLSBAD, CA AND NOW 2-5-2022 AFTER I PAID INTO MARCH 7, 2022--THEY NEED AN ADDRESS CHANGE MAILED BACK TO THEM AGAIN NOW WITHIN 10 DAYS. THEY DO SEEM TO SPRAY PESTICIDES INTO THE STORAGE UNITS BECAUSE MY CLOTHING DOES HAVE A FUNNY SMELL AND THEY DO NOT HONOR PRIVACY OF THE RENTERS! I SUSPECT PILFERING IS GOING ON AS WELL. OH YEAH -DON'T FORGET YOU ARE NOW GETTING SLAMMED FOR INSURANCE AS WELL. AVOID THIS PLACE!!!

OH MY LORD!! WHAT HORRIBLE, DEPLORABLE, DESPICABLE SERVICES from this Storage facility. I’ve been given 7-days to remove my most precious recently deceased mother’s heirlooms from my unit, simply because another occupant next to mine has caused trouble for the owners. MY CONTACT WAS BREACHED. I did NOT receive the 30-day advance notice of termination upon anniversary of contract as specified in Article 7 of signed contract ‘Owner may terminate this rental agreement by giving occupant 30-days written notice prior to the end of term. Owner may give shorter termination notice for illegal activity by occupant, or occupant’s guests at the facility, or if occupant’s storage space becomes infested, or if occupant is residing in Storage Space.I HAD ABSOLUTELY NONE OF THESE APPLYING. MY PLIGHT—MY PRECIOUS MOTHER DIED OF CANCER!! MY 5TH FAMILY LOVED ONE TO LOSE THEIR BATTLE TO CANCER. AND I’M A CERVICAL CANCER SURVIVOR!! I hadn’t slept for 3-days straight. And, I fell asleep in my car for 30 minutes on the premises of the facility after packing my vehicle with her ashes to scatter in Seattle Puget Sound the very next day. SONYA/ERIC PREPARE YOURSELVES, as my attorneys have been contacted—LAWSUIT IS IMMINENT!!

Thank you Loyal Customer of over 7 yrs! For Sonya and Erik. When is is okay for managers to harass and threaten customers? Sonya was out if CONTROL w/her POWERTRIP. Said my car was "blocking the way." Confirmed w/customers car was "not" in the way. I ask her to " leave me alone" and I would comply with her request once finished. Sonya responds " I don't have to." (Begins mentioning a complaint I made about other customers involving them moving their car). Sonya THREATENED to "EVICT" me w/ " 2 days to get my stuff out." Erik then confronts me to tell me "to leave, this is PRIVATE PROPERTY." Just paid them $160 day before. Thank you Sonya and Erik for your excellent customer service! Especially during this difficult time with COVID! The lack of respect and boundaries from Sonya is deplorable!! She has never been friendly, nor her lovely husband. They need to reevaluate themselves before they ATTACK their customers.
