Came in this evening to grab a coffee and some cigarettes and put some air in my tire. An older gentleman named James was working the counter. He was dancing when I came in and I ended up speaking with him for about 20 minutes. Coolest guy I’ve met in a long time. We spoke about my step kids and he shared with me that he had step kids for about seven years. At the end of our conversation -he gave me a hug. He really made an impression on me and 711 or wherever he decides to work is better for having him on board. You’re the man, James.

It’s Sunday morning Dec. 1
Had to hunt for cups and straws for the iced coffee. Gonna still put out hot dogs even tho ya got no buns????! And did I hear “well, there’s a discount” ? No I did not. Pizza was old, hard and nasty. I should come back and demand a refund. Instead I’m calling corporate. My old managers woulda had my butt in a sling.

Slurrpees !! What's not to love. Super friendly employees at this location which is right across from the beach and San Elijo camp grounds.They seem to be well stocked with a selection of random items marked up at those convenience prices in addition to the usual snacks and a plethora of refrigerated beverages and hot coffees. It's also a lesser known place to go in and ask them to make you the most affordable whole pizza in the area :-)

Jackie is the very best always so friendly and helpful the store is always well stocked and super clean I couldn't pick a better 711 to go to
