Horrible! They constantly lock the doors at night and you have to bang so hard on the glass to wake the guy up. He's always on his phone talking to someone while ringing you up and or LOCKS THE DOORs at night so you have to knock like a damn speakeasy. Hope the owner reads this! I only shop here because I work across the street and have no other choices but Uber. I would choose someone else 10/10 times given the chance. Store itself it clean, inventory kept up. Just god awful service. Must be hard to find people willing to work for shit wages......

Whoever does the actual work around here deserves a raise, because the store always looks nice. Probably the nice guy that works during the day. The guys at night do nothing but use their phone, I have literally seen them do nothing else. I could find a better employee with my eyes closed.

This 7-Eleven for overnight gets the job done at night, but thats pretty much it. The overnight person will rush you to pay if you take too long to browse. Usually he's just on his phone 50% of the time I come in anyways. At the very least, I can come in and get what I need at the very bare minimumOn the otherhand, the staff members that usually work before overnight are pretty great. I've struck up a few conversations a couple of times and they get me paid out pretty quickly, so I'm giving 1 extra star on my ratings just for them.Overall, a good 7-eleven during the daytime, but the overnight is meh.

Honest employees working there. Dropped my wallet while getting gas. Employee found it and turned it in. I came by 4 hours later to pick it up. Tried to give them a reward but instead he wanted a handshake. Great employees.

The owner has been rude several times and denied my purchase of a lighter even though it's legal to purchase if you're over 18 in California. Would also be wary using a debit/credit card there.

I come into this location frequently and a lot of the staff seems half asleep and or lack of caring. I was standing at the checkout counter for a minute or two watching the cashier mop without acknowledging me or saying " I will be right with you." When I confronted him about his poor customer service he replied with, "well I have to mop?"Customer service in general is "meh." Really miss the old owners. Place has really gone down hill for the last year or two.

I have been scammed somehow at the Village Park 7-11 for the last 2 months. I had asked the owners to look into the charges on my account when it first occurred and was rudely told (by the owner) that he refuses to look up anything for me and I could "take it up with my bank." So Rude. Couldn't care less. For reference, I used the inside card reader for $6 and began receiving REOCCURRING CHARGES every 2 weeks from my account thereafter. This has been happening since late June and I am now on my 3rd new debit card since then. The thieves are using a "Visa auto-updater," so every time you get a new card from your bank, VISA updates in their system too, and any connected vendors now have your new #. I don't know if the thieves are the owners or someone else stealing card info, but they don't even care. If you frequent this store, you may want to check your account.

Been coming here for 15+ years. Went from Decent, to bad, to downright awful towards 2020. I'm not sure who the new managment is, but they are doing everything right. New gas pumps, i can tell they swapped the filters out too. Employees are stellar. You can just tell this place is run by people with experience. Happy to come back now
