It's completely impossible to get help from Xfinity by calling their number or by using their website. Their automated menus are not only unhelpful, but broken.Here's the feedback I sent them:Automated help system doesn't work on multiple levels. There are no options corresponding to what I wanted, the prompts go in circles, and it thinks I am talking when I am not. It tries very hard to direct me to the online help flowchart which is similarly useless. Its also, ultimately, impossible to figure out how to speak with a human and I only managed to by what felt like sheer luck after a number of minutes. It's one of the most frustrating things I've ever experienced, and I hate your company for implementing it.

I have been waiting at this store 40 minutes...I only have to return equipment...the guy in front of me has been waiting much longe to talk to someone about a billing issue. There are two workers...but they are both salespeople. They are busy extolling the virtues of their fast internet...while the store is demonstrating their extremely slow service. Five people were waiting when I arrived. I have no idea when I might be served...

Xfinity store located in Emeryville has the best customer service. Sales rep Andres Escober was helpful, well spoken, professional and knowledgeable. After explaining my anxiety of switching mobile carriers and my issues @ Xfinity, Richmond store. Andres assured and told me not to worry and guide me step by step and provided excellent customer service. He was so patient and helpful.Very pleased with the service. Thank you for all your acts of kindness. Keep up the good work!

I think, as with anywhere, the wait time depends on the day and time you go. I went mid-morning on a Sunday to drop off equipment, and it was less than five minutes. Easy and friendly.

DO NOT COME HERE !!!I Use to work at this location . I Was inappropriately let go by favoritism management statements out putting me as a angry black man . While deciding to keep the other employee that was involved and played just as much as a factor to the incident. I would never recommend to purchase any services from xfinity. It sad to say but i work for a scam company and made money off it , from great amazing customers. Comcast (xfinity) lies to all customers about everything never believe a word that’s comes from xfinity. Im not writing this statement because i got let go , i honestly was already looking for other jobs because i hated the company. Im writing this statement to expose the company and for its lies . Im more then happy to speak on all there lies and with explanation !

The guy who helped me out on 9/15 was pretty nice but he gave me some incorrect information that cost me a lot of time and almost cost me extra money with ordering a new phone. I went onto the xfinity website to look at deals on new phones and found a bunch of phones that were 0 down and a low monthly bill then i checked to see how much the total would be for ordering each one and wrote down the "pay today" amount to bring to the store. When i brought this info to the store the guy looked into it then offered me a deal on the phone i wanted that that 100+ more than the rate online. I let him know i was confused about this because the online rates are much cheaper. He kept trying to explain it was the tax added but i remember seeing the "pay today" amounts and was pretty sure those were added with tax already. I told him i would go home and order the phone because i know the rate is less online and he told me i could try that but that the rates are always the same in the store. When i got home i ordered the phone online for the original low rate i found earlier when searching the website. This is frustrating because i figured going into the store could either speed up my process or clarify questions for me and I actually got the wrong info and a customer service agent who insisted that the information i had about the online rates were incorrect but that i could still try to do it online to see if i save money. I saved 100+ dollars dealing with it myself online with no customer support. Now i do not trust coming into the store to get help. Very interesting to see after reading many reviews that many customers are stating they have been overcharged for services at this location and unable to fix the issue after being overcharged. I did wonder if theres a reason why they are consistent with giving me a higer rate in store and hard for me to trust this seeing that many other customers have also felt overcharged. Unsure what process causes agents to overcharge customers, is it commission based because i am unsure what the initiative is and seems to happen a lot at this store.

Impolite, unprofessional, incompetent, and dishonest.When I set up home internet here, the sales rep gave me an Xfinity camera and told me it was free. But then I found Xfinity actually charged me monthly for that camera. Making things worse, the camera does not work with the outdated modem I got from this store. And then the store staff rudely refused my attempt to return the camera, saying the sale was final. So now I have to pay a monthly installment for a camera that is useless.

This review is to compliment Ms Jamilah Michael, retail sales professional who displayed extraordinary patience and excellent customer skills when faced with a rather difficult problem I was having with my phone service. The interaction occurred at 6PM on August 22nd 2023.She ought be recognized by Xfinity for her outstanding service as I am sure this is how she is with other customers.Bottom line, she is unequivocally a true asset to this company. Excellent and fairly prompt service when I visited to pick up a modem/router. Though somewhat unreliable, Comcast's internet service is certainly fast enough.

This is by far the worst store I have ever experienced. Not only did the agent at the store mess up transferring my phone number to a new phone, but they also made my business phone number inoperable. It took 5 hours for me to get it operating again. I became angry at the mistake, and admittedly spoke rudely to the associate, who proceeded to purposefully escalate until I, a woman was being physically threatened, and reduced to tears. The manager tried to calm me down, and promised a $50 credit, and a call from the district manager. The district manager did nothing and promised to give the associate "more training." Not only that, but I never received the credit. Xfinity is literally the worst company to get mobile service from. If you can, avoid it at all costs. Especially this store!

I always receive great service at this location! The latest help that I received was from one of the manager, David Torres. He solved my slow internet issue quickly and has a good temperament for busy store with many customers. I have a large amount of files so he recommended a faster internet plan which worked! In the past, Rio was great by setting up the new internet and phone plan. Then later Zay helped when I got a new phone.
