Very poor customer service. The company itself. VS needs to train their employees better. I came for a return and repurchase because there was better deal. I had the receipt. They said I needed to bring all the items. I had 5/7 items. At the same time I was buying another 10 more items for the same deal. She said I needed all 7 items to be honored the new deal. I left but still purchased 10 items for the new deal. I came back a few days later with all 7 items in hopes that I can be honored 10 items deal from the first purchase. She said the deal was over a few days ago. I could have just walked back into the story from the 1st visit and say here are my 10 items even though I had just brought them. But I was trying to be honest. They still wouldn't honor it. A professional rep would have said hey the deal is ending soon so come back soon. Or something. So waste of time. Hella not helpful.

I heard one of the associates crap talking about a customer on her mic while I was trying to make a purchase. Usually I have good experience at VS but I was completely turned off from shopping after this experience. I won't shop at this site anymore. Pretty unprofessional!

Shopping here today was terrible. The whole store was giving off "careless". The PINK side of the store was extremely musty. Not sure if it was a employee or customer, but a womans store should NEVER smell like that.I had to walk around and find someone to open the fitting room.Asked another employee for a sports bra in a XXL. She quickly said "The biggest size those came in is a XL". Then I turned around and found it in a XXL. So was she being lazy, or is she a employee with lack of knowledge?This VS is ? giving RAINBOW vibes. Never again.

I was hesitant on going in to get a fitting for my bra because last time I went, I didn't have the best experience. I went in today anyway and it was the best decision! I was lucky enough that Ms. Berry was working and helped me through the whole process. She is very good at what she does. I was very happy with my experience! If you need a bra fitting at Victoria Secret in Bay St, go on a Saturday and ask for Ms. Berry! Jan 2024

BEST EXPERIENCE EVER!!! I have been shopping at VS for years and have never been able to get fitted for the right size. I have been searching for the proper bra size for sooo long and Ms. Berry helped achieved that in less than a minute. She is extremely thorough and knowledgeable. She has excellent service and takes her time to go above and beyond. If you need help, make sure you go to Ms. Berry on Bay St!! She was such a joy to share this experience with.

Ms. Berry was so helpful, knowledgeable and fun! I had to return a strapless bra and almost gave up on wearing this dress I loved. Ms. Berry made, what is usually a stressful experience, into a pleasant and easeful adventure! The staff was helpful, attentive and kind! Made me want to go back. Thank you! Gratitude to everyone who helped me today.

Do yourself a favor and go to literally any other location. I drove 30 mins from home, looked for parking on Bay Street for about 30 mins. Finally made it into the store with 15 mins to spare before closing. I wanted to return an item for store credit since I didn't have time to look for something.The sales rep informed me that I have to exchange and they 'don't do store credit anymore' and haven't for over a year. Funny because I called to confirm the return policy and read it online and that totally contradicts what she said. I had also made a return for store credit in the same location just a few months back so it was a lie. Wasted over an hour of my day.Like a lot of other reviews pointed out, just lazy customer service here. Luckily, I was able to file a complaint on the phone and got my store credit which I will be using anywhere but Emeryville.

I had the most amazing experience here with a lady named Bary, she helped me when I was confused on my side and didn't ask and she saw I was struggling and singled me out and got me on track. She was so helpful and kind, I got exactly what I wanted.

I am here right now, I ask the lady that's working, where are the bras without padding? Her: They are all over the store,. Me: I'm looking for underwire bras without padding? Her: they are all over the store.I've never been into a Victoria's secret and asked about a bra that the salesperson didn't lead me to and sell me at least five bros. I just walked out, but will follow up with a phone call.

Mrs. Betty was absolutely amazing! Great customer service and patient. Bra shopping sucks! But she made it a easy experience, and even went the extra mile to make sure I didn't leave without the perfect bra for me! All while making me feel comfortable in a akward situation, giving the mom vibe which definitely helped!

I went in with a coworker and their mom to shop for mom's birthday. My coworker and I both had backpacks on...we work in SF and your backpack goes everywhere with you. Maybe it was the backpacks...maybe it was we were 3 POC folks wandering the store, dunno. After about 15 minutes we noticed that every time we looked up there were employees right beside us or behind us. We wandered the store a few minutes more and got the distinct impression employees were following us through the store.So my coworker and her mom put down everything they were about to buy and we left the store, went to a store a few doors down and spent $150 on things we had planned on getting from VS.I've worked retail before and I understand times have changed, but not everyone who walks through your doors is there to steal.

shopping here is generally okay although there’s often a long wait for the fitting rooms because there’s so few of them. today in particular, not only did I spend forever waiting for the customers in front of me, the employee in charge of the fitting room was called to back something up, so we ended up waiting for empty fitting rooms after the previous customers came out and the doors auto locked and no staff was taking care of the fitting rooms. I kept looking at the employee who called the fitting room employee away every single time she walked past the line for the fitting room and she never made the initiative to come help. Finally I went over to the cashier myself and informed her that there was no staff available to unlock the fitting rooms. She did come over to unlock the doors for me then but also responded with “Give us a moment okay? We have a guest coming today.” probably because she heard my annoyance. total lack of sense of responsibility + total disregard for customers’ time. shifted the blame onto the guest without apologizing at all- completely unacceptable attitude. You having a guest does not mean you can neglect your existing customers. If your CEO were to come they would not want you ignoring your customers. VS, change your fitting room doors so they don’t auto lock or change your staff training.
