If you’re looking to make your day terribly stressful then this post office will fulfill your wishes. Very very slow service and some of the employees are rude. There’s no diversity here only black employees. 0 stars!

Leaving this as a cathartic PSA: this place didn’t do the job it’s intended to do. I tried to drop a package post marked for USPS, and the employee here told me a truck doesn’t come to their branch for packages anymore, so it would just be sitting there. And then also said I should take it directly to UPS, where of course UPS said it’s marked for the post office and I should take it back to them. 🤦♂️ Frustrating experience. So either the employee didn’t know what she was talking about or this location really doesn’t send out packages. Either way, you’re better off going somewhere else.

This location deserves 0 stars, because they don’t even provide a service besides wasted time. Understaffed and slow. Got in line behind 6 other folks at 12:50 on a Saturday, 40 minutes before closing. Left at 1:40 without having moved or being served by the two employees at the desk. DO BETTER.

I can't believe the rude lady today. She won't except cash for a money order and said it's my problem. My "privilege" should be able to remedy the situation. Sorry I'm white, but privilege! Please.

Our business has dealt with this Post Office for years and they are always helpful. I once dropped off a box that should have gone to UPS and Alvin spent a long time searching for it. Dawn is always cheerful and ready to assist. Our delivery person, Louise, is the most hardworking and often goes above and beyond to deliver our mail.

The ladies that work here can be rude, so keep interactions brief and to the point.

Staff here got some attitude problem. I come drop off packages and ask for a cart, and they are always annoyed. I don’t get it… you want me to bring in 150 packages one my one and pile it on your retail counter? Then one person says ring the doorbell, another person screams WHY YOU RING THE DOORBELL. Pure chaos.

Place is understaffed - one agent and a line of about 12 people. A second guy pops in, looks at the line and tells his coworker that he’s done for the day!! I guess it’s understandable that the agent is in a bad mood.

10am Friday, there was only one customer when I came in. I was shipping a very important document with self-stamp return mail package. This lady has the worst attitude and not willing to help. A minutes before she was chatting with a male customer laughing, and next minutes was telling me that " I should know all of the information ahead of time" and I was annoyed her because I forgot to check " signature required" on the return envelop. She ripped it open the priority mail envelope, and said she has no time for me to fill out another one, I told her that it's a very important document, I' afraid if it's not tightly sealed back in. She later tapped it with the one she ripped open not allowing me to use a new envelop. I told her " I am not sure why you are so upset with me, I was very polite and needed help, you are suppose to help a customer" She turned away and said " Next".A pleasant customer service can make people's day, but people like her should not be considered as a USPS employee, if she can't help people on the simple tasks with a bit of patience. There are so many qualified people needed a job. My first time leaving a bad review to my local USPS.

Dawn was extremely pleasant, kind, and helpful. Both my husband and I feel deeply appreciative. Thank you to Dawn, and we wish you the best.
