Place is understaffed - one agent and a line of about 12 people. A second guy pops in, looks at the line and tells his coworker that he’s done for the day!! I guess it’s understandable that the agent is in a bad mood.

10am Friday, there was only one customer when I came in. I was shipping a very important document with self-stamp return mail package. This lady has the worst attitude and not willing to help. A minutes before she was chatting with a male customer laughing, and next minutes was telling me that " I should know all of the information ahead of time" and I was annoyed her because I forgot to check " signature required" on the return envelop. She ripped it open the priority mail envelope, and said she has no time for me to fill out another one, I told her that it's a very important document, I' afraid if it's not tightly sealed back in. She later tapped it with the one she ripped open not allowing me to use a new envelop. I told her " I am not sure why you are so upset with me, I was very polite and needed help, you are suppose to help a customer" She turned away and said " Next".A pleasant customer service can make people's day, but people like her should not be considered as a USPS employee, if she can't help people on the simple tasks with a bit of patience. There are so many qualified people needed a job. My first time leaving a bad review to my local USPS.

I needed two priority mail envelopes, a 20 dollar money order and 20 postage stamps. My mind was not functioning so well. A wonderful lady named Dawn walked me through the process, and was sincerely kind, patient, and most helpful throughout. Thank you so much Dawn. May your wonderful kindness be returned to you 10 times over.

Simply Hell On Earth. No other way to put it. One of the ladies with glasses who works the counter seems to take particular pleasure in giving you as hard a time as she possibly can, with an acerbic attitude to complete the experience.Avoid at ALL COSTS.

I was pleasantly surprised with the service at this location. Although they were about to close, they helped everyone that were already in line and were not rushing people out or being rude. The two women that were here were nice, efficient and knowledgeable.

They dont open on time.i asked for my mail and i watching her talk to other employees in the back for 20 mins with a longg line in the back like this is ridiculous the lady at the counter is very rude and needs to be fired ASAP

I waited in line for less than 5 minutes. The USPS employee that helped me (Dawn) made all the difference. She was sweet, funny and very efficient! I was in and out within 15 minutes

Kumar was exceptionally helpful in taking time to locate and hold a package for us. We are on the east coast and had sent a wedding gift to a family member....but it didn't arrive! Kumar took the time to resolve this for us -- was soooooo nice to have a caring individual after all the automated calls...thanks Kumar! You are an assett to the USPS!!! Hope your manager sees this!!

This is the absolute worst post office I have ever been to. They are supposed to be open at 8:30 but they didn't open the doors until 8:42 with a line full of people outside. The clerk was so absolutely rude - I was picking up a package and she threw my ID back at me. It's a joke - they were rude to everyone and not helpful at all. I will never come back to this location.

Honestly try to do my best supporting the post office for pure historical reasons and that it's just a cool service. It's how humans used to communicate ya'll horse and buggy style! THEY invented it! And the prices seem to be better than UPS and FedEx and all that. Plus the post office pays a decent wage and I'm pretty sure it's union? Or a pension? Something like that goodness that comes with a government job. Not sure. But anyways DAMN YO- the people that work here will PUT YOU IN CHECK if you're even the ever so slightest bit annoying. I saw some dude asking about "how many stamps a package would take" and then he asked like 3 more questions and got told to leave, true story! Be afraid, or be ready with your armor on if you need any kind of customer service at all haha for real you've been warned!

I LOVE THIS POST OFFICE!!! I appreciate all the hardworking long term employees I have had the pleasure to mail packages with over the years. Speaking as someone who mails packages here on a near-daily basis!!! ?????P.S. shout out to fellow USPS heads Rachael and Nick who truly get it!!!However, no shout-outs to Samuel, the “lady with the glasses” is delightful (my top fave postal employee of the last 7 years actually)! Maybe you’re just a jerk?!P.P.S. to USPS/USA: when can we get postal banking?!?!!???!P.P.P.S. I am shocked at the number of bad reviews here of the post office ladies?! They are literally a highlight of my day every time I interact with them (as I do frequently!!!)

Lord this is by far worse location EVER the Service is SLOOOOW do not go here unless you have all the time in the world to wait. They move like snails. Sometimes it’s only one person working and when a person do come out to help it’s for picking up or dropping off only. Like get the line down and go back to what you’re doing . And they have hella bugs flying around so I’m in line waiting and swatting bugs. Throw the whole post office away
