It is a store with very nice clothes for young people with urban tastes... the prices are a little high, but the clothes are also worth it... I liked it a lot, although I couldn't buy everything my daughter liked ??

One of the worst cashier interactions I have ever encountered. Black male wearing a mickey mouse long sleeve yelled at me after he returned $5 instead of $15 in change and not even apologizing. I complained to the manager and then he yelled at me more. Horrible human was probably trying to steal the money hoping we wouldn’t notice and trying to cover up his crimes

I love this location, the selection is top tier. I got all of my vacation outfits from here. The selection was gorgeous even though we’re coming into the fall season where apparently everything has to be taupe. Definitely my go to Urban when I need to shop for special events

Urban Outfitters is one of those spots that are hit & miss with quirky fashion, gadgets, toys and some of the best cologne fragrances you can get for a nice price. The retail staff are always stellar and super insightful. I've been shopping for decades. 95% of my visits I've always had to buy something knowing I didnt really need it but ...that's why gifting was invented right? Rrrrright?????

Urban Outfitters in Emeryville is a store with mixed impressions. On the positive side, the shop itself is quite spacious, offering a wide selection of trendy clothing, accessories, and home goods. The variety of styles and products available is definitely a plus, providing something for everyone's tastes.However, the shopping experience was hampered by some notable drawbacks. The service at this location seems to be on the slower side. Despite the ample staff present, assistance was hard to come by, and it took a while to get help or answers to questions. This lack of attentive service made the shopping process less enjoyable and efficient.Additionally, the store's overall organization and tidiness left much to be desired. It felt like the displays were somewhat chaotic, with items misplaced or scattered around. Finding what I was looking for proved to be a bit of a challenge due to the cluttered arrangement. A bit more attention to keeping the store organized and visually appealing would greatly enhance the shopping experience.

Very bad customer service. Associate orders the customer in an arrogant attitude. I had initially planned on purchasing some items, but their attitude was so off-putting that it completely killed my desire to do business with them.
