We have the greatest respect for Ron and US Stamp & Coin Company. We inherited a coin collection, with many different types of coins, which we brought to Ron to liquidate, and we are glad we did! Ron sold the collection within the estimated time frame and for a total amount that exceeded its estimated value. The final accounting was complicated by the fact that one of us retained some coins, and the value of those coins had to be properly accounted for in dividing the proceeds. Ron worked through the accounting issues with us to ensure the final distribution was accurate and fair. Throughout this process, Ron was professional, responsive to our concerns, and honest. It was our good fortune to work with someone of such personal and professional integrity who worked so successfully on our behalf. Thank you, Ron!

Ever grateful for Ron’s help and expertise in selling a collection of coins and stamps for my mom. I can’t imagine a better experience or outcome in dealing with that stuff. Ron is knowledgeable, friendly, plain-speaking, and very fair. Every other person I interacted with in the office was cheerful and quick to help. My brother and I turned to Ron and US Stamp Company to help sell off a fairly extensive stamp and coin collection our father left us upon his death. Knowing nothing of this world, Ron helped us navigate and successfully supported in selling off the collection. While it did take some time, it was a larger collection and Ron was upfront, honest and stuck to every word he gave us. We appreciate his help and would recommend Ron to anyone in the same situation.

It is with pleasure and gratitude that I write this review for US Stamp Company. I am the executor for an estate which had a substantial coin collection accumulated over two generations. My responsibility was to first have the collection appraised then execute the desires of the heirs. I was lucky enough to connect with Ron at US Stamp Company after previously speaking to several other “appraisers” that were more like pawn shops. It didn’t take me long into our conversation to know I was in the right place. Ron possessed all the core values I was looking for – integrity, professionalism, and trustworthiness. He educated us on what we had and respectfully served as a steward of the family’s collection. His appraisal was accepted by the courts without any questions. And when it came time to liquidate, he explained the process in detail and took time to answer questions and accommodate specific requests from the heirs. Ron and his team were a pleasure to work with from start to finish. Both the estate attorney and I now have US Stamp Co. on our list of reputable stamp and coin appraisers to refer to others needing this valuable service. Ron and his team were great to work with. They worked very hard to get the most value out of my uncle's estate, and helped us during a difficult time. We were very pleased with the result. We also were impressed with the research they did on the items sold, providing us with new information about our family history, and adding a value to their service that we did not expect and greatly appreciate.

What a great experience it was to meet you an your staff. I am from South East Tn. Have lived in NorCal for 15yrs an most often the customer service honestly is bad ,very bad. But you were exceptional in making us feel comfortable an safe with the sale of many precious items that a few were hard to let go of. I will definitely do business again even though it's almost a 3hour drive. I highly recommended this fine establishment you won't regret doing business USSC.Happy Holidays to you an your staff.
