Terrible experience! Yes, I would give them zero stars if I could. Cannot recommend this company to anyone.

Horrible neighbors host extremely loud events using cursewords and very offensive language

Just received and wore the Slaycation shorts. The fabric is awesome and so is the fit. I live in Florida and it's very humid here. Just got back from 3 mile workout and they dried immediately. Also ordered the dream dress and it fits great and again the fabric is very soft. Keep up these fabrics!

I love Title Nine clothes. However, they just lost me as a customer until they change their return policy. I usually don't have any sizing issues, but I ordered a pair Kuhl shorts the same size as the other pair I have. The new pair is a little too small for some reason. I learned that you have a choice of a prepaid label for $7.50, or you can ship yourself. I went to the post office and paid $5.50 to ship first class. Never again. What a hassle. Instead I ordered a nice pair of cargo shorts from Amazon. Free, easy returns. Sorry, Title Nine, but you've got to up the game for DTC clothes. They aren't going to fit sometimes and it is unreasonable to expect customers to pay so much (over 10% of the initial cost of the item) and spend the time to return it.

Item was backordered and won't ship until a full month after I placed my order (with any luck!, as per the perky customer service rep I spoke with today). It would've been nice to be informed of this, rather than having to call myself to find out why I haven't received my item more than 30 days after placing the order. This seems to be a pattern looking at other online reviews. I'm not sure what's going on with this company, but I'll be ordering from their competitors after this experience. Athleta and REI are better options - good communication and much faster/cheaper shipping options. Wake up and get it together Title Nine! You are losing loyal customers!

I have loved the clothing, but like another reviewer stated getting ahold of anyone is impossible. I understand the longer wait times, but they said chat is available, it is never available. I sent emails, it has been over a month since my first email to them, with no response. I hate to break ties with them as I love their dresses, but like others, I think I will just have to start going to other sports stores like Patagonia, REI etc. I even tried to contact their corporate office, no luck! Not to mention their return policy does stink especially in today's online shopping environment.

Title Nine has been my go-to for beachwear for 10 years. I placed an order for a shirt on May 12, 2020 and it has yet to arrive. I have sent an email requesting information on my order's arrival yet no one has responded. It is impossible to get through to anyone in Title Nine's customer service these days. Title Nine is clearly falling apart at the seams.

I would like to give this company zero stars. I am fuming...how convenient is was able to place an order for over $300 but now not a soul from Title Nine is available to help me track the merchandise which was ordered over 2 1/2 weeks ago. UPS doesn’t even have a tracking number and the number Title Nine recorded is a USPS number and they’ve said they don’t have the package either. So package has disappeared into thin air, Title Nine has my over $300 and I’m running out of ways to recoup money spent with Title Nine. I understand we’re in difficult times but no where on the website does it say packages will he delivered indefinitely. On the UPS website it says package was to be delivered by 6/2. UPS says they don’t know where it is and cannot track the package. Both UPS and USPS have said to contact the shipper. Well, I’ve sent 3 emails in the last two weeks to Title Nine with ZERO response. They are not taking phone calls nor does their online chat feature work. They are keeping employees at home to be safe and I totally understand that. But since no one is answering me, the employees must be spending their days surfing and soaking up the sun. They certainly aren’t working!! It’s amazing how businesses have pivoted so quickly to keep jobs and revenue coming in. Title Nine is clearly NOT one of these businesses. My next step is to take legal action to get the over $300 the company owes me. I DO NOT recommend ordering from them anytime soon. Horrible horrible business practices.

I worked here for a bit and loved it! Now my main gripe was my hours, I worked from 5 am to 1pm and thought that I would get the work done and my day over earlier but...1) I'm not a morning person and 2) the aren't the best to their employees. They try very hard and are very good to their customers. It has changed how I look at athletic clothing, functional fabrics, and so on. But they were awful to me on a rehire, where the new customer service manager, a women with whom I'd worked before, told me that I wasn't important enough to start at my previous hourly wage. I told her that I understood, stood up, and walked out and became a substitute teacher. I deserve better than that. If she had been a male, or if this would have been a male-centered environment, I would have had no problem calling them out. Being women centered doesn't mean that they're enlightened. For them, people are expendable. They have a great line about celebrating women athletes, but they only celebrate you if your are an Asian or white woman from Hawaii, or a Brazillian housekeeper. There are a lot of people out there who are wonderful, dynamic, and don't fit that small mode. They also have a breast feeding room, which would be great, except that women don't bring their young children to work. They have a small fitness center, which no one used. So they have all the acoutrements, that make them look like a progressive, women centered organization, and I appreciated the free bra and bra fitting process, but unless you're a size 0, there's no where to go. I've left and haven't looked back. Thank goodness!

They give you a discount code that doesn't work, only to get you to their mailing list. My friend signed me up for 20% discount as a new client by giving them my email address. When I tried to place an order using the discount code I received by email, it did not work. I had to contact their customer service about it. They apparently have been aware of it because they told me that code doesn't work online at checkout but they wanted me to call back after placing the order and they will adjust the price....

If you've ever had the good luck to go inside T9 HQ, you know that it is an amazing space, situated right across from a park and within walking distance of Berkeley Bowl. A couple of times I've been fortunate enough to get a "ticket" to one of their sample sales hosted at the HQ. The sale usually happens in the gym which is right smack in the middle of their workspace...a beautifully restored and re-purposed warehouse, right off the Emeryville bike path. I love the natural lighting.

I used to shop at Title 9 all the time when I worked near the West Berkeley store. I bought some cute tops and, of course, they have a fantastic selection of sports bras...but I could never find a single pair of pants designed for curvy women (and I was skinny then!) and forget about a bathing suit that works for women with D+ cups. So much for celebrating the diversity of women in all of our shapes and sizes! But my real gripe is that I cannot get off their catalog mailing list. After literally (and I am using the term "literally" correctly) dozens of attempts over many years calling, emailing and using catalogchoice.com, the catalogs keep coming. A lot of retailers send unwanted catalogs but most have the decency to stop after I ask them to. Also, using feminism to sell products...tacky. Very tacky.

Local store is lovely with terrific sales team. Great quality products!! Should you ever have to call an 800 number be prepared to wait while the staff struggle with computer system. I am disappointed that the item I ordered which was in local warehouse is taking slightly over a week to deliver.
