The dryer didn’t work and the one vacuum was occupied for a good 30 mins.

Perfect. Hard to find an automatic car wash in the Bay Area. No complaints at all

This takes forever and doesn't do a great job. It's one at a time for 3-5mins depending on how long the person in front of you takes to get their car in the right spot and how long they take to get through the dryer.

One car at a time. If you see any cars in line, you’re 5+ cars away, a good 30min wait. Pull in and you’re stuck.

i have used this car wash before, I know the pattern of the wash cycle. while it is more expensive than other locations it has been a handy option, until today. NEVER AGAIN! Today, while I paid for the supreme wash I got basic or even less. The brushes didn't spin and wash my car, I just got sprayed, the drier didn't turn on so I left dripping. Okay sometimes things don't work. I went inside to speak to someone. one clerk wasn't helping anyone so I told her something g was wrong, she just looked at me. The other two clerks continued helping other customers. A man came in after me and asked to purchase a car wash which was sold to him. I stated my frustration again when the clerk on the other cash register who had four people in his line said he would help me that I was yelling and screening and he would get to me. while my voice was intense, I was not yelling or screening. I was just a woman expressing a negative reaction about feeling ripped off after paying for a service I didn't receive. I will never go here again.

Definitely a nice location, the employees are very nice, the prices are not too bad at all and it's very convenient right off the freeway.

A great location to get your car wash! It's a struggle to find automatic car wash services in Berkeley. This location is a great alternative car wash to the Chevron on Telegraph Ave which is temporarily closed. I like to keep my car shiny, and this gets the job done.A very friendly salesperson told me about the rewards program. If you enter your phone number, you get $1 off every car wash, and the 6th car wash is free. This is a great option for regular customers. FYI that if you want to utilize this rewards program, you likely have to go checkout inside and get a code for the kiosk, since you need to enter your phone number. Will be coming here regularly for my car wash needs!

All the employees here are idiots.I have been using this place forever and there is always a problem. A lot of the card readers at the pumps don't work. They never put up signs. I tried to tell them about a broken card reader. One girl rolled hers eyes and said she was new. Then another guy told me they knew about the broken card readers. I asked why they didn't put up signs. He looked at me like I was the d*** one in the conversation and then blew me off with stupid excuses, rolled his eyes while sipping his drink at the register. Also, be careful after using the car wash. There is a unmarked curb people keep getting their cars stuck on. The owners apparently know about it but think it's funny. The only reason why I have used this place is for their car wash but NO MORE!!!!Hate these people!

Well, I've been using this place for over 10 years and it's my favorite one. But these days many card readers at the pump don't work and you need to pay inside which causes trouble as some cashiers don't know how to deal with loopback or FuelRewards.Today I needed to pay inside:I typed my alternative loyalty number, which is phone number, and the pin pad says "Do you want to join fuel rewards?" for half a second. What who is this talking to? I have fuel rewards Gold for about 10 years and my T-mobile account is linked so I get $0.15 discount Tuesday to Friday. After my credit card went through, which was really fast, I asked the cashier to see if the $0.15 also went through and he said "No discount lol"I said I typed loyalty number. He said "Then maybe. Check at the pump." What? Maybe? Check what at the pump?Ok I didn't want to waste time explaining everything and I walked away. I lost about a dollar or so today.

Slow pumps. Way overpriced. If you can avoid this gas station do so like it's got the plague. Like many Shell stations, this one is way overpriced, about 40% higher than all others in the area. Pumps are so slow I gave up after only 5 gallons. It's a good thing, because I'll save tons of money by finishing the fill up at an Arco ampm.
