This Target in Emeryville was great! They had what we were looking for. Felt safe with all the security and the Starbucks was wonderful. Great staff in both locations of the store.

If you want to wait 10 mins for detergent or toothpaste because it’s locked up, or people frequently blocking the entrance/exit soliciting donations, this target is the place for you.

Store is going downhill fast. No more self checkout. Aisles are a mess. Found store meat in home improvement aisles.
Not feeling Target anymore.

I used to like this target but then one day I Accidentally walked out and forgot to scan 2 items I had put on the bottom of my cart. Things happen people make mistakes. I obviously offered to pay for the items once I was stopped and realized my mistake but no I got handcuffed to a bench in a small room and threatened with all sorts of bologna and then banned from the store. Felt superbly obnoxious for it just being Advil and 2 gallons of milk.

I've started avoiding this location due to the solicitors that stand in front of the entrance doors for hours on end. When you donate to one, the others surround you and ask for more. This can be intimidating as a woman shopping alone.

The guy charged me twice for our $30+ toilet paper with bad attitude and not even want to help to get refunded. A lady helped. He get 1 star, she gets 5 stars.
