Went in to get some shoes for my daughter. Paid cash. Cashier said he was short 4 cents on my change so I asked if he had a nickle. I guess he didn't hear me because he still shorted my change. And yes, it is about my money because if I was short 4 cents trying to purchase the shoes I bet they wouldn't let that go. They'd be like sorry we can't sell them to you unless you have enough. So next time give me proper change. Thank you.

Associates are very friendly and are willing to help but only thing that made it a bad experience was that I was standing near the front waiting for help and there was a lady who I believe could be the manager who was just on the phone the whole time. Did not ask if I needed help or even knew I was standing there. As a customer I don't know if it was important phone call but if so she could have stepped out but instead she was on the phone the whole time I was there and it was for about a good 30 minutes straight. If you guys decide to come shop here I would highly suggest asking an associate for help rather than the lady who just stands up front on the phone not acknowledging anyone.

Pretty good customer service for such a young staff, and they all seems to genuinely like their jobs. Which makes the shopping experience a little more pleasant.

Trying to call to check if a shoe is in stock and not a single person answered… this is my 4th time. Why even have a number if you dont pick up calls.

Horrible service from young black man and woman. They were more focused on their cell phone than helping me. Definitely will not shop here again and I do hope that management makes some necessary changes.

Great place to get shoes for your whole family I'm just the sizes a little low on inventory but hopefully in the future they could get more size varieties for children or juniors
