It was just minutes before closing and Reagan assured me that it was cool to come in. I was super stressed about not making it in time because this was a work shipment, and also so bummed to have to walk into a place right before they close with multiple things to ship. I apologized many times and she was super chill about it. There is a good chance she wanted to slap me, but instead she quickly and efficiently took care of all of my shipments. I hope Reagan gets paid well, because she is a star employee.”
