I came in because the hooks for my laces had broken off Brian said he was on his way out but told me to bring the boots in. When I arrived I was treated very well by Brian he even told me if I wanted to watch how the hooks get replaced he was super cool and you can tell he likes what he does. Next pair of boots I’m buying them from this location never stepping foot in San Leandro lol.

Andrea and I looked at a few different boots and undecided. A sales person approached us and had me walk over a matt to see how I walked. Then the shoes he recommended were within our budget and the boots fit perfectly. Thank you red wing shoes of Emeryville.

Very nice staff at this store. If you come in, you can get measured on their fancy machine that tells you very accurately what size shoe you need.

I had a terrible experience with the store in San Leandro… I came to Emeryville and the workers here are way more attentive way more respectful and real five-star experience! I forgot to get the workers name back to the whole crew that works in Emeryville. Thank you keep up the excellent customer service.

Michael, the store manager, is friendly, knowledgeable, helpful, and patient. Even though I've only bought one pair of boots from him, he remembers me whenever I've walked through the door, and made the experience of buying from a brick and mortar storefront really personalized and enjoyable.I actually went out of my way to buy from the Emeryville location solely because my interactions with him were so good.

I bought boots and other products however after I use didn't feel like the style that I got was for me so I I if can return all items and whit a smile told me yes no problem. I was very happy to hear that. I for sure will be back to this unit thanks again I always been a happy customer but now I am also loyal!!!!
