One of my favorite places to go and look for modern pottery. The prices are fair and the team is ready and willing to assist. In addition to pots, they also sell fountains and other fun decor to spruce up your home.

The guy who works here is extremely rude. The hours they post at the gate are incorrect-although it said 5:30 in big bold letters outside I arrived at 5:15 and the guy tried to tell me to go home. Don't shop here. They don't even have matching trays and pots and he will do his best to rip you off. He even berated me for having come earlier in the day to select what I wanted in advance.
UPDATE: I had such a bad experience here that I researched alternative places. Go to Plant and Pottery Outlet in Sunol (near Fremont)! They have a much better selection, better prices and all of the employees are NICE and helpful! I bought my pots there and will be going back. Pottery and Beyond is out for me.

If you’re a plant lover like me, you’d enter thinking you’ll fill your entire car with pots and plants, but the staff are only going to slap their rude behavior in your face even before you step in. I buy plants no matter how many I own, but the staff won’t let you shop in peace. The lady at the front simply said, even before we entered, “You’re only here to look around, right? You have 15 minutes left,” and 5 minutes later, she signaled us to leave. I didn’t look like I was homeless, nor was I giving off a rude attitude. It’s just THE worst experience ever at any plant or pottery shop.

Huge selection of planters perfect for our landscape renovation project. Friendliest staff? No. They will probably not follow you around and offer help. But if you ask they will absolutely help and give expertise. Will be back!

Huge selection but rude employees and bad customer service. At 5:10 they follow everyone and start to hound them to leave. I asked why their posted signs say they close at 5:30. Employee shrugged and said “Boss wants everyone out by 5:15.” I said they should update the time on their sign from 5:30 if they dont want customers to be there. The employee said no they close at 5:30 just dont want customers after 5pm. Very confusing but whatever. However following customers around to herd them is not a way to do business.

Carlos was wonderful, knowledgeable, and he didn't force us to buy anything we didn't need, he even suggested something more affordable and practical. We will be back soon to get bigger pots for all of our monstera plants. Thank you for be kind and extremely helpful to us and keeping in mind our budget. We love our new pot for Madusa, to help her grow nice and strong after being shocked after a move. We even left buying a hand painted pumpkin from Mexico, wonderful way to support the small villages surviving from painting these breath taking pieces. Absolutely gorgeous
