Ty so much to the gentleman who helped me today, I came in at 5:40 am and it seemed closed but definitely the guy saw me in the window and helped me out with the best customer service! I asked for coffee and he asked me if I wanted cream and sugar and also told me the names of the sweeteners they had, and so he got me what I needed!! I didn't catch his name! But 5 stars for his humble and pleasurable service!!! I'll be back Loop & Co.! God bless!????

Paid for the car wash, after waiting half an hour, it went "out of service" before I could go through. Waited more to try to get my money back. Initially, they refused me and 2-3 other people waiting refunds, with us being told they needed permission to issue one which they didn't have and couldn't get. Took 20+ mins of back and forth before they made a call to get permission. Finally got a refund but not after they tried to get myself+the others to give up and just eat the cost. Huge waste of time.

I recently visited the Loop Neighborhood Market in Emeryville with high hopes of finding a convenient spot to grab some essentials. Unfortunately, my experience at this store left me feeling underwhelmed and frustrated. While it does offer some conveniences, the drawbacks significantly outweighed the positives.The aisles were cramped and cluttered, making it challenging to navigate through the store comfortably. The lack of clear signage and helpful staff members further compounded the problem. Another aspect that deeply disappointed me was the pricing. Loop Neighborhood Market seems to have inflated prices compared to other nearby stores. Moreover, the store's cleanliness left much to be desired. The floors were dirty, and some areas appeared neglected.

I had not washed my car for a while, happened to be nearby, and decided to give the car wash a try.The wait I experienced was shorter than some of the other posters (maybe 20 minutes). However, I agree that it is unfortunate that the way the property is configured prevents you from seeing how many cars are in line. The car wash worked fine, and I did not experience any difficulties with the credit card payment machine.

Wage theft on display in front of angry customers this morning. A young clerk was made to balance the register with her own money after accidentally crediting cash to to the wrong gas pump. The manager refused to back down or identify senior management when confronted by customers who informed her she was breaking the law.

Very long wait for a car wash. Once you are in line, you are trapped. Also, it only takes credit card.

Horrible experience trying to work with them. Mariam doesn't listen then complains about why no one wants to work for her then the shift manager calls me and tells me that she doesn't need me anymore because my schedule doesn't fit. For school, no class is during graveyard shifts. Can you not compute when classes would start and when classes would end. Put it together.

It says it’s open 24 hours and went there at 11pm. The door was locked and the guy inside waved me off and I couldn’t go in. Why would it say open 24 hour and not let people come in? Inaccurate information that is given.

I moved out of the Bay five years ago, but still have an office in SF and do all major medical care there. Today I had a 4hr outpatient surgery and as we were driving out of SF, I needed to use the restroom, but since we are in the Bay Area, there are no public restrooms anywhere. We knew there was a restroom in LOOP, so went there, bought expensive a** gas to top off our tank, and I hobbled inside to ask for the restroom. I was ignored by the two women behind the counter. I asked again, nicely "Can you please help me. I've just had surgery and I need to use the restroom. I just bought gas on pump whatever. Please, I need the door code." They said "No bathroom! Out of order!" There were no signs. I said there's no signs, so did my wife. They said "There's no codes. Go to Denny's 1/4mi down the road. Maybe the will let you." At this point I was about to piss myself. I hobbled across the street, went in a bush while still bleeding into the bandages, each step extremely unpleasant, and made it back to the car. Unreal. Happy to back in the Sierras, where there's no shortage of public restrooms, and a lot less people to provide horrible customer service. Can't go wrong with leaving the Bay.

The absolute worst customer service ever!!! Who ever owns this place needs to really spend a week watching these people. They are very slow and rude. Gotta do better

It’s clean. I’ll give them that. But the service is poor. Fountain drink machine wasn’t working. Lady adjusted some tray while scolding another employee about not putting it back correctly. Then just walks away. Sure enough, fountain machine still doesn’t work. I didn’t bother fetching the lady back. Just left the store thirsty.

Car wash is horrible. It's very slow we sisters 40min in the queue for our turn. Staff inside is friendly but the gas station is hard to get in and Out of from the street and it's a small lot so it's very hard to find and get around in there since it's too tight around cards.
