“When I shop at Fill Good, I feel good. My main purchases are cleaning items like dish soap, dishwasher powder, all-purpose cleaner, and hand-soap. Those items are competitively priced with supermarkets, albeit minus the externality of the plastic. They offer donation jars or upcycled wax-bags if you come without.The staff is very knowledgable and I always chat with them about the best ways to recycle and compost etc. I love the loyalty program too. I feel like can do something about the standard pig-lifesytle that's offered by Amazon and friends.”

“The staff at the Pacific Kitchen Life in Oakland provided excellent service to us when purchasing this hood in May 2024. The staff was very detailed and think ahead what were needed in order to install the hood. I purchased the first hood at this store over 10 years ago, and it is still working without any issue. Now I have a new home and need a new hood. I would only go to Pacific Kitchen Life to buy. The installation has been professional. The gentlemen came install the hoods today on May 25, 2024 also provided fast and excellent service. They walked us through how to use the hood and answered all the questions we had. It used only one hour for the installation. It is a thumb up experience. Highly recommended!!”

“This is long overdue! Or, Navaz, Juan, and their did a phenomenal job remodeling the entire inside of our home. We did a full kitchen and bathrooms gut/remodel, restructured the flow of the back half of our home, added a laundry closet, and redid the bedroom closets to be more efficient. Navaz was our main point of contact and he was very attentive, ensuring that we were well informed along the way. They were able to stay (mostly) on time and budget, even with some unexpected updates that were necessary due to age of the building.The quality of installation for our cabinetry, electrical, plumbing, or flooring were excellent. “I first met Emmanuelle when I remodeled my house in Mill Valley. I needed specific custom cabinets for my bathroom. I had asked lots of cabinet makers and choose to go with Modulogie. Even though the period was super challenging for supply chain, summer 2021, she managed to have my cabinet done exactly to my wishes. The design process was very clear and easy, she made détails plans and visuals. And the installation was super clean and neat. Communication was easy. The team is punctual. Great experience! “I invested many hours into selecting products for a 2 bathroom renovation project. When I started, I knew nearly zero. I sought out advice and discussed my plans with probably at least a dozen stores. My favorite turned out to be DJ Bath Plus! It boiled down to Jim Logan and the amazing showroom. Jim helped me throughout my renovation. He is very knowledgeable with many years in the industry. I had so many questions. He did not just answer in a high level way, he could go deep into any topic and brand: vanities, faucets, lights, colors, mirrors, etc... even light switch covers. I would share my ideas and he really helped guide me to putting the bathrooms together. He was super patient, kind, a great listener, and never rushed me. I love my bathrooms and I get many compliments. I owe it to Jim! As mentioned, I visited so many stores. I found DJ Bath toward the end of my search which turned out to be a good thing. At that point, I was able to discern that they had the best showroom lay out. Many stores had a lot of product but were not easy for me to navigate and imagine my bathrooms. As I walked the DJ floor it was easy for me to find what I needed. All logically laid out with care. A lot of products and brands to choose from. “I bought some plumbing supplies here today for a job that needed to get done. The front office staff was very knowledgeable and helpful (Dave and another gentleman). I ended up not using some of the parts, so I had to return them. I got there at 3:30 to do the return, as soon as I walked in to start the return, I realized I locked my keys in the car. Dave thought he might be able to assist me, but realized he might damage my seal, so I called a locksmith, but he was 30-40 minutes out, and the store was closing! Dave said it was ok, and that we could wait out front (my car was parked inside behind the gate). The locksmith was in and out, and about 4:30 / 4:45 Dave could finally go home. Thank you, Dave, for your help, understanding, and assistance. Your employees are a reflection of your business. Keep up the excellent work and customer service.”

“Bought two small tansu chests and a metal stand to support them stacked on top of each other. Love their look and their finish. Drawers open and close easily, and there is a locking mechanism on one of them. Also on another visit bought a stool shaped like a goldfish, painted red. Get lots of compliments on it. Good quality items, beautifully displayed in the store and in the windows, and courteous customer service.”
