Everyone who works here is so lovely. They have insane deals, the other reviewer is out to lunch. I don’t know if they get enough foot traffic, so go patronize them and leave a nice review if you want them to remain open locally!

They provide exceptional customer service, they are so nice, the store is very clean and organized, when you go to the register the sales associate asks “if anyone helped you out?” They are very professional, have great selections at affordable rates. It’s a good place for a young professional to shop for business attire/ nice clothes to wear at the office. Also, provides student discounts.

Fairly new location, opened this past summer, but today was my first time stepping into this store. I left with lots of stuff at great prices. Many items were additional X% off, including clearance. Fitting rooms are open and clean. Staff was nice. Overall, great experience.

J Crew Factory in Emeryville is amazing. Great discounts and cool clothes. I would go there even if I didn't work there.
