Picked up some beautiful natural stone tile for our fireplace. It’s beautiful and very unique, looks better in person than in photos. Eddie was super helpful with my incessant questions. I plan to use the stacked version of the same tile for our other fireplace!

Eddie helped me look and talk through a lot of tile options! The pros and cons of each, what the grout line is going to have to be with certain tiles, how cleanable they will be, etc. And when it was hard to get the edge trim pieces because the manufacturer stopped making them, he made it happen. When I walked in I never felt like I was putting them out and taking up their time like I have felt at other tile places. Loved the tile I bought and the price and it was super easy to pick up from their warehouse.

The man that helped me here was extremely helpful. They have a pretty large warehouse with lots of options. I didn't spend very much money here but they still spent a lot of effort helping me find the perfect option for a small bathroom floor.

I have worked with Eddie over two years for my remodel. He was knowledgeable about the materials and worked with me to suggest options when I was hesitant. I also really love that most of their options are stocked! What a relief!We are starting the backyard project now and I’m looking forward to going back to Italics for my materials!

Eddie was awesome. I had a concept of what I wanted to do and vaguely expressed it to Eddie over email. I walked into the store for the first time in my life and he handed me the exact tiles that I ended up using. He showed me several other ideas to make sure he had the right concept. He was super intuitive and extremely helpful. He even helped me figure out how many tiles to get in each color (I had seven different colors) for my project. He even gave me ideas of where to buy some of the materials that I needed for the project that Italics did not sell. It was such a great experience.

Recently purchased tiles for bathroom renovation and claddings for fireplace. I worked with Leila and she was very knowledgeable and helpful in offering product advice, design and color coordination. The showroom has nice sample board ideas plus Leila offered some product brochures that all together helped tease out ideas. Probably on the pricier side, and I would suggest having a well-defined budget when you walk in. Highly recommended.

They are open by appointment only right now, but it was very easy to schedule. Eddie asked ahead of time what kind of tiles we were interested in and met us at the door with several samples. They have an excellent selection, and we found just what we wanted. Even though ours was a small purchase, we received great service. We had a problem with a few tiles being cracked, and were immediately offered a full refund. The real measure of a business is how they handle issues that may come up, and Italics gives excellent service!

They are open by appointment only during Covid but they are super accommodating in scheduling. They asked what kind of project and tiles I'm looking for and showed me some good choices when I showed up. It was a very smooth transaction wi great customer service and it feels very safe shopping there too.

Beautiful Italian tiles,great textures, overall nice variety. Hanna, one of the sales staff members was extremely helpful , she even stayed after the store closed to help me decide on what I needed.

I enjoyed my experience working with Italics! Eddie was extremely helpful! I was looking for tile ASAP as my order fell through with a different distributor.
Eddie listened to my needs & understood my price point. We own rental properties. It’s difficult to find beautiful but affordable tile! We are very pleased with our tile choice!
