What a dump. The store is a complete mess. Instead of cleaning up liquid spills they put signs over them. The food service area was disgusting. The soda fountain section was leaking or overflowing or something and there was liquid all over the floor. Signs everywhere. Racks and racks filled with dirty trays smelling. And there is nothing value-worthy about this place. For $4.75 or so I got two 8 oz glasses for some soda. As for the furniture, what they've got is disorganized and there are hardly any employees
Sadly, the stories usually a disappointment. Stock is very unreliable. They usually have part of one thing that you're looking for. But they absolutely never have everything that you came in for. Today the shelves are an absolute wreck. Merchandise is strewn about. It looks like they just ended a free-for-all shopping spree.

Multiple issues.
Loading. It is a pain point. Upon exiting leave your purchase behind to retrieve vehicle. Circle the building from behind to load area.
Navigating an exit on foot is a mess. Intentionally designed to waste customers time.
Carts have 4 rotating wheels so heavy and long loads do not push in the direction you want.
Payment lines designate cash or credit but not an employee checkout. I do not value self checkout.
Loading dock posts are designed such that you can not back in and open rear hatch.
Attempting to use IKEA app and locate product in store is a failed user experience.
Sink trap sizing is specialized so you can not get parts from any hardware store. Out of stock now.
Can be so much better. Potential.

Overcharged 2x for a sale item, untrusting employees made me walk them to the signage that showed the correct price rather than accepting the picture I just took. Bad experience, just go on Wayfair at this point.

This place has enough parking, and their way of looking at the products they sell is very original, you go through a hallway and around there you look at areas of the home different designs and modalities to decorate or assemble into furniture for the house, it is You have to locate some arrows ➡️ pointed at the ground and you arrive at the warehouse to take what you liked on the walk, everything has very specific prices and there are kiosks where you can take a triptych and a pencil to put the product codes and find them in the warehouse.
I have had the opportunity to buy small things and furniture and they turn out excellent, you just have to have time to put them together.

If you order and don’t come to the store and pick up your item right away, IKEA charges your credit card, but will not hold the item for you. They will go ahead and sell it

What Some people like most at IKEA are the mini blue bags for under a dollar. This IKEA is basically the same as all the other IKEA stores I've been to so far. Recently I ordered a basic sturdy computer desk with a swivel chair and settled on the wood shelves as a food pantry next to the TV. The quality is good for the price.

IKEA is awesome. You come for the furniture, you stay for the meatballs and cured salmon salad. It's not Ethan Allen, but it doesn't pretend to be either. There is no secret Cabal behind the genius that is IKEA. It's just solid styles at affordable prices. Bring a truck.

I was offended a a Danish Woman that there was not 1 Scandinavian Speaker to translate to my family visiting. Ikea is a Swedish Company, please hire some Swedes immediately.
