So convenient being so close to the Amtrak! ?Rooms: Spacious very cleanNearby activities: Tons of shoppingSafety: Security, and you need a key card to get in and out of the building!Walkability: Bus is cheap, and emerygoround is close by and free!Food & drinks: I was able to buy ice cream at 4 am awesome!!!

Great place, great food and location.20 minutes from SFOAmtrak Station is right behind the hotel across the footbridge..Food in the bar is reasonably priced so no need to order out. Definitely worth a stay.

Our room was located near the rail. The room service said we can move to another room around noon so we did not go outside anywhere and waited for the call. No call was coming. Then we called back and were notified that it did not happen anymore. That wasted us tons of time and extremely frustrating.Every time I visited Berkeley, this is the place I stay. But will never come.

Even as a Hyatt Globalist, this is the worst customer service I ever had in any Hyatt hotel. Definitely will not come back here.

Looks like a well appointed location for those arriving/departing San Francisco (Emeryville) by Amtrak Capitol Corridor, San Joaquins, or Coast Starlight.

Features: Single, double-bed, and suites. Outdoor heated pool and hot tub. Quality complimentary breakfast.We greatly enjoyed our stay at this hotel! The pool was great for the kids. The breakfast was pretty extensive. There were definitely options for everyone.Rooms: Clean and modernFood & drinks: Pricey options for front desk food and drinks, but lots of selection

The manager gave my Corner suit room away that I paid for a month in advance! She ended up putting me in a standard room that needed some up grades! They refunded me and I went to another hotel!Nearby activities: The only conveniences was near by places!

Great room. Got a king suite, kitchen fully stocked with a dishwasher (detergent provided) sink, desk/table, couch with pullout bed, full size refrigerator. Bathroom is big and water pressure was great. Balcony is small buy niceSafety: Felt really safeFood & drinks: Breakfast was great, lots of choices.

We are Hyatt members and were upgraded to a very nice suite. Full size fridge, microwave, and dishes. 3 minute walk to train station. There is a $22 parking fee.
