I was just there with my toddler shopping and he started running with some other kid and the other kid dropped a little mannequin and run back to his mom, I went ahead and picked it up and apologized to the sales associate who was trying to put it back together, nothing was broken and then some other associate not sure is she’s a supervisor was fixing the mannequin and giving me and my son a stinky look while complaining out loud about whoever dropped the mannequin and looking at us with such a hateful look.
So unprofessional, no one there to help, they don’t even have shopping bags ! My second time to this location and Most the staff look like they don’t want to be there and hate the jobs and just stare at customers weirdly even when I went without my kid. Smh !!! Not the retail experience you would want !!

The men’s store is literally separated from the women’s and children’s shop by two stores, and are not connected. Perhaps it’s the prevailing style trend but I didn’t see a lot of colors in the stores. A lot of blacks, greys, blues and some earth tones and pastels. The women’s store definitely looked like they had more attractive sales. Please add some seating for the non-shopping spouses.

There were minimal people in the store and I liked that I was able to peruse with plenty of space, unlike at some other locations where it is very congested. Because of the minimal traffic, it also felt that the retail space was kept fairly clean and orderly. They have sections for women as well as kids, with a men's location a few doors down. I was able to nab a couple of cute items for my kids. Bonus is, there was barely a line to wait in so I was able to check out quickly.

Doesn't lose style. This H&M store (for men) is spacious. The prices are not cheap, on average, but this brand has its own style. The service was friendly and the wait for the purchase did not take long. It earned four stars.

Maybe I am too old to shop at H&M but that does not stop. They have a good selection and it fits me well. Picked up a nice sports jacket on this visit from here. The line moved fast and the staff were courteous.

Today I was in the locker room, when I came out, there was no one there, the store was closed without even checking whether there were people left or not. I had a terrible panic, I think this would have happened to anyone, I called and asked to open the door but no one was there. then I noticed that I could open the door from the inside, I opened it and went out when other people came in. Irresponsible workers are a nightmare
