Had a great experience buying there, but I was a little lost on what to do when we arrived. So we waited in the customer service line then they helped us. FYI their last pickup time is 4:30, it's not 5 when they close.

Pathetic customer service. I have never in my life encountered such terrible customer service. Employees ignoring you and avoiding eye contact. I said "excuse me" to a woman who works here, and she said "leave me alone! Don't talk to me!" I was shocked. Do these people want to make a sale or not? Also - there were two prospective employees being trained on the floor. The trainer told them you only get a lunch and no breaks, which is against the law! I also heard him say there is no safety video for employees. WTF! Some of the slabs in the store are heavy. Shouldn't that be a must? I will never come here again.

I've been there and called, and it would be so convenient to buy from there, because they are close to me, but when I was there, the customer service people were hard to find or uninterested in helping me, and when I called, they were rude, and just tried to rush past my questions to give me a hard sell. I clearly had asked for something they didn't have, and they were asking for my order. Order what? They didn't have what I was looking for. If they had been knowledgeable and polite, at least I would have come away with a positive impression, but they weren't.

We bought a vanity for our bathroom here today. The place is really well laid out with lots of ways to see what your options are. We LOVED working with Chestin who was helpful, patient and kind and went the extra mile to make sure we got what we wanted. Thank you Chestin! We really appreciate it, and we loved how clean, spacious and easy the showroom is. Price was very competitive. We will pick up our vanity in a week and can't wait to have it in our bathroom!

This is my to go store. Better than Ikea if you ask me. Their quality is better than the stores you tipically would go to. Here you dont need an appoitment for them to design the kitchen you want. They did a great job with ours. Jenny was very helpful and she made it look so easy. Thank you Jenny!

These guys are the monsters of kitchen and bath productivity. Their system is amazing. They'll design your cabinets and counters, then come and install them in like a week. Their crew is efficient, prepared and does excellent work. But also...you get what you pay for. These are contractor grade cabinets...not the best, not the worst. The door hinges and drawer slides don't feel good and they don't look good over time (particularly the drawer slides get totally cattywampus). It's a good value if you can't afford a custom kitchen, but also be aware that quartz DOES NOT perform as expected. I can attest that their low cost quartz stains easily in the first few uses. You might want to upgrade if you want it to last. But as for design and build, this company gets five stars as they're amazingly easy to work with.

This place has a great selection, if you are looking for renovation. After shopping around for countertops and cabinets, I found this place to be reasonable and they had many options available. The rep helped me place an order and it went without any hick-ups. When it came to picking them up, there was a little bit of a mix-up but was sorted out shortly after. I would come back again.

Bathroom remodeling. They gave TONS of cabinets, vaninites, LED with clock mirrors, shower doors etc at 40th St, Emeryville & Mandela Pkwy. Must go look. You cant go wrong!!

5 stars all day! Great prices and a beautiful selection, what's not to love?! Love their off brand quartz. Beautiful stone at 1/4 the cost of the big brand names.
