Every time I need any lighting supplies DTC has what I need or orders it for me. Everyone who works there is super knowledgable and helpful and nice. Both schools and community theatres, as well as larger organizations, can rely on DTC for quality products and fair prices.Plus they were amazing when they came out to one of our theatres and looked over the set up and helped up plan to move towards an LED conversion. So great to have such wonderful service and staff.

Had a very Important show, needed to order 2 hazers. They refused to stay for 5 mins after close so we could pick them up. I understand they close at 5. But 5:05 or 5:10 wouldn't hurt too much. Even offered to pay extra to stay for the extra minutes. Production always runs on a tight deadline. And if it were 30 minutes or an hour I get it. But drive time from me to them was 25 minutes, and we signed paperwork 20 mins before they closed. Very sad to see this.

After a last minute cancellation from another photo equipment rental company I was in a complete panic to find a rental company open on the weekend to get an order placed and ready for Monday morning pick up. DTC was closed but somehow came through to save the day. Darci called me back on a Saturday afternoon, during an outing with her daughter, to get the rental process started. She made everything as easy as possible and I could not be more grateful! Thank you DTC!

I needed a quick repair of PSU unit with a stuck 10-pin SLR cable. The DTC team were very helpful, quickly able to dislodge the defective housing. Their repair person, Greg, was very knowledgeable of this piece of equipment even though it was an audio PSU for a special pro microphone. Much appreciated their support.

When I first visited DTC Lighting and Grip, I honestly fell in love with the production products they had on hand, as I'm in the process of getting production, off the ground for this October. The sales staff is very knowledgeable, which is led by Madison, and Daniel, right down to the rental department, led by Dory, and her team, has made my experience worthwhile. I absolutely love the DTC. Down to earth people No frills place. They've helped me a lot with my Photography. I've been wanting to up my photog game to be more cinematic and they've given me advice and pointers. Since they work with big budgets and Hollywood ish people, when I rent theyre pretty chill about returning my rentals on time since I'm just one person.
