Very please with this store. We ordered a custom couch, you can customize your size parameters and several different ways, there are hundreds of fabrics/materials to choose from, and the trim is customizable. Most of the sofas can also become sleepers as well. All of this for a very reasonable price. Similar concepts exists at nearby designer stores (BoConcept for example) for much higher prices and Decorium did a fantastic job and delivered within 4 weeks as opposed months like the other designer stores. We loved our first couch so much we purchased a second one from there as well.

Love Decorium! Furnishings are well made and affordably priced. I've purchased some very nice pieces from Decorium and have had no issues whatsoever. Great furniture. Great quality. Great price.

I will be doing business with Decorium FOREVER! If youre looking for good custom made furniture, please check them out. They did everything they said they would do. I got my couch,bed and bench custom. Im now going back for night stands, bar stools and a kitchen table. Good people!

This is my second purchase from Decorium. I LOVE the no pressure super helpful customer service. I get very overwhelmed with all the decisions and the man who helped me was so patient and helpful. He made a few suggestions when I was stuck and was incredibly accommodating. I needed up ordering a "Frankenstein couch" pieced together from elements of a few different styles. I'm very excited to see it in person!! The chair I ordered last time is over 5yrs old and apart from where my cats did their own decorating on the arm it is practically brand new!

Bought 1 Oliver Condo Sofa and 1 Oliver Ottoman w/storage for $1550. In the showroom, the ottoman aligned perfectly with the couch to give the appearance of an L-shaped sectional when pushed flush to one another. However, when the ottoman arrived at my house, it was 3 inches shy of alignment (The couch cushion is 34 inches and the ottoman is 31 inches long). I called the manager and he said there is nothing he can do. I like the couch, but the smaller ottoman drives me crazy. I will not be going back to Decorium Furniture. There are other retailers with similar couches at better prices with better customer service.

I bought a semi-custom $1500 sofa almost two years ago. Within the first year, the foam in the cushions started to sag and lose their shape. I sent photos to Decorium immediately. I asked the manager via phone and email to have these sofa cushions (foam only) replaced. Their answer: I must bring them in to the shop. But, here's the kicker: they need to send the cushions off to their manufacturing plant for THREE-FOUR WEEKS! Seriously? Did Decorium offer two replacement cushions until ours were repaired/replaced? No, they expected us to go without any sofa whatsoever. We don't have the luxury or the space to have two living room sofas; so their decision would leave us with nothing comfortable to sit on for a month. I'm sure Decorium pretty much knew their answer would deter and discourage 99% of its customers. Voila! No problem for this business. The true test of any retailer is when the customer has a problem. Decorium gets a failing grade, not only for poor customer service, but for shoddy workmanship and poor material quality. I would avoid this faux designer retailer and buy from an established retailer with a warranty and a better reputation.

Excellent service and quality furniture! We had a situation where we needed counter height stools last minute. Even though he did not have the stools in stock he actually let us borrow several stores to use for our event. This company has a mom and pop feel but with quality European built furniture. We have bought two sofas many chairs and tables, and have been satisfied with the quality of all of them.

I bought a couch and chair there. They were very helpful and not pushy, I came in one day and looked and returned a week later to place my order. They had a sale going on the first time I went in and it was over when I went back, but they gave me the sale price anyway. My furniture arrived in 3 weeks made to my exact specs and so far I love it! You choose the style you want and then the fabric, it's great. I think the prices were very reasonable for what you get. Delivery was a flat $100, so it was good to order the sofa and chair together.

I have been into this establishments a few times. I actually made a purchase on this visit. The guy that helped me, and I apologize for not remembering his name, was awesome. He worked with me and is holding my furniture until I'm ready to move in. There are a lot of items that are just unique and awesome here. I will be making another purchase when time permits and the necessity is present.

Kyle/Bay Area Custom Furniture created a beautiful dining table for us. The workmanship is excellent and the walnut wood/finishing has a wonderful tonality and depth to it. Kyle is professional and patient, very approachable and reasonable. Thank you for the great building and purchasing experience!

This place is kind of hidden, even though it's on 40th street. We only found it when we left Ashley's Furniture super bummed about the poor quality that we decided to venture to another place walking distance just so our trip wasn't totally wasted. We were surprised to find high quality, mid-century modern pieces with real wood at reasonable prices. We found a coffee table, 2 bar stools and a TV stand in less than 20 minutes that were in the store. We are super happy with our purchase and will definitely be going back when we upgrade other pieces.
