This has always been a fine store. Really a pleasure to walk through and a book lovers delight. Check their sales.

The staff is very knowledgeable about real books. But the store seems to lack the majority of books, half of the story still books but the other half is toys, games and other ridiculous items that I would not buy in a bookstore.

I am incredibly grateful for the Barnes & Noble bookstore in Emeryville. Every time we walk in, we are warmly greeted by the friendly and welcoming staff. The store is always wonderfully clean and well-organized, making it a pleasure to browse through the extensive collection of books.
Our experiences at this bookstore have always been wonderful. The staff's passion for books and dedication to customer service truly shine through, creating a welcoming atmosphere that keeps us coming back. We make it a point to support this bookstore every time we visit because we believe in the importance of books for the mind and soul.
Books are a vital part of our lives, and having a local bookstore like Barnes & Noble is a treasure we deeply appreciate. We hope this store continues to thrive and serve the community for many more decades to come. Thank you, Barnes & Noble, for being an essential part of our lives!

I actually love this place. It has that same magical quality feel that B&N had 20 yrs ago. The only downside is that it's hard to leave without spending $100

Best bookstore since childhood. I just couldn't stop thinking about that place, and I love the way the bookstore was built in all places.
