Nathan and Stephine are definitelyfree for 30 mins, no clients with them, but they just refused to do their job to service the client approaching them, they just sitting there do nothing and making excuses that there may got some client will come, so they just do nothing and waiting, but refused to fulfill their duties yo service the client right now at the bank, and we just kept on waiting for 45 mins,,,, and still waiting since they will ask someone else to do their job

Just went there hoping to get some quarters for the laundry machines in our building. The black lady first said yes, took my cash but then asked me if I have a debit card or credit card with them. I said no and she said I can't give you quarters if you're not banking with us and gave the cash back to me. Really? I've been to Wells Fargo and Chase and it was always no questions asked. Terrible attitude and customer service. There's no way I'll bank with you.

Usually pretty good customer service the security guard is most helpful. Need more customer service representatives on the days they are aware of being busy i.e. Wednesdays

This is zero rating, wanted to get new joint account done in BoA at this location as Walk-in, talked to Thomika, teller and Nia, Manager, both did not help to the work done, in fact turned me away, despite asking them numerous times. Very very uncustomer-friendly like behavior. Sorry to see such ignorance in this location and such a apathy towards work. The location had any customer on any banker pods or even windows. I asked Manager Nia that can you help me to get this work done, she mentioned angrily, I do not do such jobs. This shows this manager is should get either customer experience training or disciplined. Hope the Zone director overlooking this manager's performance sees this review.

Manager named Lia is so rude and disrespectful. No type of customer service. Shouldn’t be working at this branch of BOFA.

This was our second visit to Bank of America Emeryville to open an account. We had confirmed and booked the appointment and checked what all documents will be needed on call with a BOFA representative.However at the bank location, the Banker Ms. Kaur who goes by the name Khushi was extremely rude, arrogant and unhelpful. She was not interested in spending time to assist us and simply demanded us to come back again with additional document which wasn't even needed to open the account! She definitely needs training on how to treat customers and people in general nicely!

I had a great experience when I opened my account here and there was someone named Ahmed who was extremely good the way he dealt with customers.However today I had the worst experience when I visited the branch. I would have closed the account if not for the credit history. There was someone who goes by the name Khushi and the way she behaved felt like she was there to discourage people visiting branch.

Avoid going to this place, there is a banker name Sky B. She made me look like I am doing some kind of fraud by depositing a check to my account. Horrible experience

if i could give them 0 stars i would this branch should close down I had the worst customer service Ms Kaur n her supervisor Nina or whoever she is she never came out to speak instead the both hide behind the walls worst customer service ever how can i really report them I was trying to fix my mothers account which she has passed away I need to write a letter to corporate this isn't the way to treat your customers
