“These five stars are for Mr. Gustavo Lopez. Mr. Lopez was very helpful resolving my debit card issues. Please note that my rating doesn't reflect my overall experience at this bank, just my appreciation for Mr.Lopez's assistance. If you are in a rush beware... incredibly understaffed branch. I guess one worker called out and someone was taking a break during the rush, at a very inopportune time. Personally, I think it should be better managed and that they should have 2x as many bankers available.”
