Good Morning. I want to take a time out to give a big THANK YOU to a special associate here at this location. His name is Liam. He helped my wife and I find the perfect tablet and new I phone 15 pro. He also signed us up for a good affordable protection plan for my clumsy self. He makes the extra effort to help you with any technical questions, provides good suggestions, very professional. This guy is smart! He’s just a very high quality employee and we were lucky to snag him when we walked in. Thank you Liam. Job well done.

I purchased the AirPods Pro and they’re on par with gas station earbuds when compared to the new Bose QuietComfort earbuds I switched to. I’m never wasting my money on Apple earbuds ever again

went in because my charging ports weren't working and one had something stuck in it.Despite a clear conversation about the fact that my computer wasn't backed up and that they wouldn't touch the software or hard drive at all, the guy helping me wrote the wrong thing on my service request form and they ended up erasing my entire hard drive.Also, the guy ALSO forgot to write down the problem I went in for, so my charging ports still don't work and were never inspected.When I asked the guy what happened and why he wrote down the wrong service request, he told me he was working with multiple customers at once and must have mixed it up, and that "it had been a long day" for him.When manager came, the genius bar tech changed his story and lied to manager's face in front of me to save his job, and of course manager took his side.Horrible experience, and I'm left with my original problem, plus I lost all my work.I think the guy's name was Jason or something - blonde guy. If you guy to genius bar, avoid him.

I was disappointed by the lack of professionalism exhibited during my visit to the Genius Bar. Thomas appeared impatient during our interaction. Despite my efforts to understand the process better, he responded negatively, culminating in a remark that he did not “want to get into arguments with me.” This was unsettling as I was merely seeking clarification on the repair process, which I believe is a reasonable expectation for any customer.This experience was not only unhelpful but also made me feel undervalued as a customer. I am a strong advocate for Apple’s products and services; however, this experience has left me questioning this loyalty.I would appreciate it if this matter could be investigated and addressed accordingly. Additionally, I believe this situation underscores the importance of continued customer service training. Ensuring that all staff can provide supportive and patient assistance is crucial to maintaining the high standard of customer service associated with Apple.

i purchased the apple vision pro and picked it up in store. During the demo season, I felt uncomfortable and size not a good fit, but the staff told me to take the device back, try it home and then come back if still not good fit.After a few hours, I felt it is not a good fit, so I brought to store, would like to have a size fit. They just gave me one different size to have a try, it was still not good, I would like try some seals with different size, but they told me that is it, nothing they can do.They whole process took 90min, most time waiting they resolved their system issue for replacement the seal.Really frustrating experience.It took more than 90min, however

I’m writing this review and I’m so upset at the customer service last night at the Apple Store inEmeryville. PLEASE I ADVISE YOU DONT WAIST YOUR TIME HERE DRIVE TO another location! I spent hours here last night and they messed up my phone and just didn’t care to fix it to where my phone was when I entered that store! To make this short I couldn’t use my GPS to get home I got lost!
