So I went in to cancel my internet service and naturally I wasn't given a copy of the cancellation; instead I was given an excuse that I would get an email within the next hour.Guess what happened; I didn't get an email. So I'm going back to the store tomorrow and try again and everyday for 5days and then I'll have proof that I can send to my congressman.

I just received the new iPhone 15 a week ago and yesterday my phone stopped making or receiving calls. Within five minutes at the Xfinity store, Dakota had it fixed and I was on my way. Great job Dakota, you are a lifesaver!

I got banned for reporting fraud. My device was hacked and cloned. Also my email addresses were stolen. One of them had followed securities and contracts and my resolution someone named Jenna Tan and Jian Tan took without consent worth millions. Xfinity only gave me a abuse form. I had to ask three times for a claim form from the corporate store. Also they laughed everytime I tried to report it. Xfinity even let my number get ported out to Verizon with a esim connected to help aid people in the theft. They even let my sim card get transfered with my IMEI to another device without a care. Also my service was turned off so they could steal my entire app store from me connected to contracts. I still Don't have my email back so hopefully the president who has my claim helps me out.

Avoid this specific location at any cost. I was told that if I get a google phone there is no monthly device payment. My account was assigned a new number without my consent and now I am left to deal with consequences.

Worst customer service ever. They lied to my parents saying that Xfinity doesn’t have cheaper price and they signed up for the plan. The next day I took them over to cancel it and they said we have to pay cancellation fees. We left the store and called Xfiniti directly. Do not do any business with them. Call Xfiniti directly to get better price.

5 stars for customer service. The gentleman who helps me with the cable setup was very nice and patient. I was not having a great day, but he put in a lot of time and effort to help me with what I needed. Highly recommended this place!

I wanted to change cell phone carriers because cricket my career at the time was getting very slow with data transfer and I know that Xfinity is very highly rated for their Mobile data transfer speed. I also changed from frontier DSL to Xfinity Internet and I'm very happy about that also.

Offshores all customer support jobs, provides horrible customer service, overcharges customer based on phony metrics, and then tries to upsell when faced with complaints. Capitalism run amok.

This is the worse service I have ever received. Spoke to numerous different agents and none of them helped. I got told many times my issues were resolved and they never were. None of them even listened when I mentioned that another agent tried fixing it with the same method and it didn’t work. They kept telling me the same thing and repeated the same “trouble-shooting” methods just to get nowhere. I am tired of wasting hours just to get internet to start working at my new place. I rescheduled an appointment for a technician to see them today, just to be told by another agent that it was never scheduled. Getting the run-around with these people is annoying and a waste of energy.

My family went in to this store to cancel cable and we ended up switching over to their wireless service. Brandon is fantastic and took care of us. Can't say enough good things about that guy.

its like Xfinity doesn't want to be bothered with customers phone calls, so lets inconvenience the customer and make them drive to the store. Or call the 800 number and try really hard to understand a person from another country which becomes so frustrating you just decide to end the call with any resolution.

Dom was extremely helpful. My issue was resolved very quickly. I was in and out in under 15 minutes with a lower bill and faster internet. Please ask for Dom when you go! Thank me later.
