I was helped by Shaq who was incredibly helpful and thoughtful. I had my 2 year old with me who was just waking up from a nap and he did everything he could to help make it a smooth experience. Great customer service experience.

I had Xfinity for a year. Paid $66.40 with auto-pay. Then I received a bill for $207. Called them & thought it was straightened out, but got a bill for $107. Went into store & was told the best price would be $89 - Internet only. (One person, 1 computer - no thanks!) Dropped Xfinity.

Eazy peazy! Returned equipment because I cancelled everything! And Jordan who helped me couldn't have been nicer,very helpful.
