This is for the pharmacy department-They need to hire more staffs. It shouldn't take me ONE WHOLE HOUR to wait for my medication. Even when it was my turn, it took 20 minutes until I received one simple medication that did not require a pharmacist assistance. Only this specific location is busy and lack staffs.

I come here for my basic needs from time to time plus for anything Pharmacy related.Whether I need a few batteries or some snacks before heading to the movies, allergy medicine, or a protein bar. I've been here for a number of times for simple needs, that don't require a visit to the supermarket or somewhere like Target.But you can also come here and get non-prescription drugs, as well as a wide assortment of retail products, including health and wellness, beauty, personal care and consumables and general merchandise. There's also a photo section where you can have pictures developed.

The pharmacy staff is terrible. There is always an issue when trying to fill a medication. The staff has terrible customer service, there is always an issue with the system. No one knows anything. Don't go here if you're in desperate need of medication. They are rude and useless.

This pharmacy is garbage. Every time we get a prescription there's something wrong. Now we are in urgent need of medication's and their systems are down and have been down all day so we can't pick up medication. They won't even transfer it to another store for us so we can get the medication we need ASAP. They need to shut this location down right now! We come back because the location is so convenient but not anymore. Move all of your prescriptions to CVS.

If I could give this store a zero star! I would! But yelp always ask for a star. Calling for manager on this pharmacy. Please do something! You cant keep us waiting and waiting for like an hour every time we pick upMedicine, other girls are talking chitchatting, such a waste of time mostly if your running a lot or errands! Omg! This morning you have me waited for 1 hour and being told the meds ready in about 20 mins and I told the lady to get it ready I will come back in 2 hours. So when I come back you guys want me wait again for another an 1 hour! when I asked this asian lady whats going on she told me the meds is ready and they will just pack it. Wow... you guys are such a waste of time!!!

Oh my has this pharmacy really gone downhill. I used to request refills from the app and without calling would be ready in 1 hour. Now after I request a medication refill, I have to call ten times before the app says its ready and each time the pharmacy rep says they would get it ready. Pharmacy drive thru takes 20 minutes per car minimum. Ridiculous. Needs new management

Pharmacy is horrible! Text says prescription is ready but when you arrive it is not. Phone is never answered or you are hung up on after waiting on hold for 15+ minutes. Service levels are inconsistent depending on who helps you.

I have been going to this Walgreens location for years and I can honestly say everyone is Amazing. I scheduled both of my vaccines here and the pharmacist Carlos is wonderful. Took as much time as I needed to answer all of my questions and concerns. Thank you Walgreens Sincerely Eugenia

Came here for my first vaccine shot. If you're going to schedule your shot here, try scheduling maybe earlier because it was packed when and after I checked in. My appointment was at 12:30 pm, and I didn't get my shot until at least an hour after.... the check in process was simple since you schedule your appointment online then check in with the pharmacist. After checking in, they'll ask you to fill out a form that they ask you to fill out and bring to your appointment which was weird because I filled it out beforehand, but they didn't end up using it. Probably because the form they give you is printed with your information by them. I'm not sure if the doctor went on lunch, or if they were just maximizing their employees because everyone waited awhile to get their shots. When the doctor came back, she was very professional and quick with the vaccine! Everything was done within a minute, and I was out the door. I didn't mind waiting that long, I just would've liked a heads up because all my family and friends who got their shots said they were done within 15 minutes or less with their appointment times. My boyfriend also took me during his lunch break from work, so I felt bad. Kudos to the check in pharmacist though! She was awesome.

The worst pharmacy! The staff never know anything. They need to close the drive thru or have one dedicated person. There is literally always an issue when I come here. I just watched her ask someone their name 6 times! I HATE IT HERE!!!

The absolute worst pharmacy my family has ever had to deal with. Incompetent pharmacist and her employees. Has given my son the run around on filling his diabetic medications. Tried transferring to another pharmacy and they cannot seem to send the right paperwork.

The pharmacy workers are horrible people and are uneducated. They don't know basic laws and have a subpar understanding of the English language. They have no customer service skills and go against what doctors have ordered. The one time I actually needed help and had an emergency they continued to make up excuses to not fill my prescription. I had already spoken with my doctors who said I was good to go. I have refused treatment in the past, but the one time I actually accepted assistance they treated me like I was trash and an addict. I will never work with people like this. I was always honest and courteous to the staff, but after being treated and lied to the way I was, I will never trust Walgreens again. I will be in contact with corporate and I hope they can clean up the mess they have made and be held accountable for their actions.

Nice and clean store, well stocked. Hard to find the employees on the floor, if you have a question or need help. Otherwise, shopping is great.
