Very bad experience … my daughter tried to verify her identity and they were asking even birth certificate!!!! She’s American citizen but today they even made myself felt like we were undocumented people!

Just had an appoint with Julio. He was very gracious and accurate in processing my requests. If you time it right, you can avoid the long lines in the morning and also late on the weekdays. All of the officers and tellers are friendly.

Waited patiently and was told there's only one Banker working and that I would have to set an appointment for the next day this was very urgent and I did notice that there was three bankers and two of the bankers were doing nothing at the time very disappointed and upset
