The lady managing self check out is extremely rude and needs to learn how to count before she starts scolding customers for having over 15 items, unless Walmart started counting grocery bags as item's which would be completely ridiculous.

Seems this walmart instructs its management to tey hard not to follow their own policies. Walmart changed their price match policy a while back and only price matches with their own site shipped and sold by walmart. Ok their company their decision. Go in to buy a game and pull it up on the app. Lead/supervisor scans the barcode on their phone and can't find it. I completely close the app on mine and show this lady step by step where it is on my app. Scroll on the page to the seller info "sold and shipped bt walmart." Gives me a super hard time about THEIR/THE COMPANY'S policy on price matching. Holding my own she finally tells the employee to match it. It's a damn shame when your own employees aren't informed on the policy the company has placed or that they are told by store management to fight not to price match. What should have been a 1 minute discussion turned into a 5 minute back and forth. It wasn't like I was tryin to get them to price match another store. I was simply following their own rules. This is unacceptable and their leads need to be retrained or demoted.

This Walmart is very new and things are organized and clean. Vision center staff is helpful too.

The City of Elk Grove has two Walmart stores. The newer store is at the corner of Bruceville Road and Whitelock Parkway. It is a little less crowded. The store is also better organized. So, I would have liked to go to this Walmart more, even though it is a little farther away.
The store is the same as most of the other Walmart stores. It is huge, clean, and organized, and the employees are working hard, but there are no smiles, and the cashier at the express checkout counter does not even say a single word to me or the customer in front of me. I remember the workers in this store were unusually better!
