Pharmacy of this Walgreen is a Swamp period.
Run by very rude grumpy staff lacking professionalism.
I called on Monday for refill and was told by a female it should be ready tomorrow which would be Tuesday, so on Tuesday I didn’t get the text message for pickup so I called if it was ready, a gentleman answered the phone and said “O some reason it wasn’t put in order so let me do that and you will get a text message to pick up within next 90 minutes” no text message for pick up for next 3 days until Thursday, so I called again on Friday day, female staff answered the phone checked my refill order and apologize that the order was submitted but it is out of stock and their next shipment will come on Monday. My due date to take that medicine was Tuesday so I will be without taking it for 5 days if I am lucky to get it on Monday.
This is not the first time this Pharmacy has done this to me and the only thing I am keep going there is because it is 3 minutes away from my house.
There are some other issues too with the pharmacy, Doctors order refill some times pharmacy fails to upload and some times double upload so I get twice text message for refill and then I get text messages that insurance has denied to pay because it is too early to refill.
I am with this pharmacy for long time, have so many good memories but within past few years it is changed for swamp either by greed keeping it short staff or managed by inexperienced people, but definitely it is not the same place once I have good experience with.

Please do not trust this pharmacy with your Healthcare needs. I call in prescriptions or my doctor does, and they will fill one and send the other to another walgreens. Then you call to have them correct it and they say they can't. They are lucky they have not been sued yet.

Pharmacy here is very irresponsible. The pharmacists here are not communicating with one another and will give you different answers depending who picks up the phone. Please be cautious when deciding to pick up prescriptions from here. For my personal case, I had a prescription to pick up, but it was not ready for pick up and was not told why. I reached out again and told me they needed my primary care doctor to fill out a form. I called my primary care doctor and they stated that they did not get a request. I reached out to the pharmacy again and they confirmed they did not send any request to my primary care and that my prescription would be ready the next day. I reach out again the next day and the pharmacist states there is no record of anything and again told me it would be ready the next day. I reached out again and they didn't want to deal with my situation and directed my call elsewhere where I waited 45 minutes to a pharmacist who was also not able to help me as well. I don't know if I will ever receive my prescription.

i never had any issues here, nothing outstanding either, really appreciate the pharmacy hours and drive thru, however, the drive thru seems to take a very long time to get service, very long compared to going inside.

Literally, the worst pharmacy in the area.
It takes more than 9 hours to fill a prescription for antibiotics. The third person in line waited 25 minutes to get to the counter to find out I couldn't get my prescription for 24 hours.
Hold times on the phone are 30-40 minutes.
If you can avoid this pharmacy, do so at all costs..

Very poor customer service .. if I could give 0 stars I would .. waiting in drive thru line for more than 10 min just to talk to some one. Then after you talk to someone still another 10 min to get your already refilled medication.

I get prescriptions here. This time after texting me that they were ready, I went early. I was informed that I needed to come back in 30 minutes because they weren’t ready yet. SIGH! I hate this place and would never recommend them to anyone!

So slow in pharmacy I am waiting to pick up medicine 2 hours I am here but I didn’t take the medicine so slow only 1 person is working please do something with it it’s not only one day we have work to do something

Terrible place to pick up medications, they made me wait 1:30 and let me wait another hour to fill my prescription. Horrible experience!!!! I left empty-handed in the end. And feeling worse because of the illness...

Drove over 15 minutes to this “24 hr” Location for over-the-counter medicine, was told by pharmacy that one person is working the main store, however; the store was closed. How is the store open with an employee, yet closed? Oh, and couldn’t buy the over-the-counter medicine I need from pharmacy.

Pharmacy service- I went inside to pick up a RX and to speak with the pharmacist. There were four people in line ahead of me and no one standing at the counter. After about 3 minutes an employee called up a customer, he then had to fill out some paperwork. He was later told to have a seat and the employee went about doing something but not once did she look up to see that there was a long line. As I said four people in front of me and then 3 behind, not once did anyone leave with their RX in 15 minute that I stood in line. I left, as I was driving out I noticed that the drive thru only had two cars, so I took my chance, wrong move. It was 25 minutes before i was able to get service. It's really sad, there is no sense of urgency, people come there for meds because they are sick. Not a fan of the pharmacy, however, I've had great service in the photo department.

Customer service in Pharmacy department was so slow that some customers in line couldn't wait, and took off. All workers there seemed do not care.

I did an online order for photos and opted for free store pick up. I went to go pick up the photos and realized they did not fulfill the order of 10 photos. I got 8 photos along with 2 blank/white photos. I was able to chat with a representative online who was no help and told me I would have to go back to the store since they do not have access to these orders to reprint. A week later, I'm able to visit a store. I go to the counter photo and explain the situation. The lady tells me I need to reorder the two missing photos online. Why would I pay for something they messed up on? There is no way to see what photos are in what order # when I go into my account so there is no way for me to remember or see what photos are missing. Bad customer service all around.

Walgreens Pharmacy staffs has no customer service. They work slowly at their own pace. There was only two people in line including myself. The technician helped the customer before me. The customer went to his car to get this ID/payment while she went in the back to retrieve his prescription. He came back in line and she was still searching. I was there the whole time. No service was provided to me. She finally called him up to gave him his medication. I was next. She asked for verification from me, told me only one medication was ready which was ordered 5 days ago. She just said you have to wait 20-30 minutes. I told her I was there for today's order which should have been ready 3 hours ago. She ignored me and took a called. She finished the called and asked me what is my question. I said what do you mean what is my questions. I told you it should be ready 3 hours ago. The pharmacist handed her my prescription. I said to her you practically ignored me. I stated how she served the previous customer and how she service me and answering the phone. Completely rude. No apology what's so whatever. By this time the there was 4 people in the pickup line. This will be my last time picking up this location. They don't care about you waiting for your medication to be filled. They don't prioritize. They only work base on the que no sense of urgency. They once told me, you are not the only one that needs your medication filled. Don't come to this location.
