Pharmacy & all its staff are incompetent & could care less how their actions impact sick & disabled people.I’ve had multiple prescriptions repeatedly out of stock with zero notice. When I try to call them in early (so they can do the least & actually carry the medications they have prescriptions on file for) they tell me I’m calling in too early (from 2 days before to 2 weeks). I’ve repeatedly been told by staff I’m only allowed to call in prescriptions until I have NO MEDICATION LEFT. Only for them to tell me they decided not to stock my meds forcing me into withdrawals. Whenever I complain it’s: “well you’re calling in too early” or “why didn’t you call in earlier?” Zero accountability for the medical HARM they cause.Not to mention several months ago they fraudulently added multiple false insurances (I called they DON’T insure me) to my account & illegally forced me to pay for medications that should have been free under Medi-Cal. This entire pharmacy is a disgrace & is very likely swindling others out of money they don’t owe or charging insurances that doesn’t exist.Do not come here if you can avoid it.

Lupe is an amazing person. She's always friendly, professional, and kind. Please give her $50 an hour pay as she definitely deserves way more. Thank you for always being so helpful.

I went in the store around 7 pm asked for assistance with an item that I needed and the young man that I spoke to seem to be high on weed I can smell it I believe he was a assistant lead it’s not very proper for employees to smell like weed at all check your staff !!!

This place has delayed or had some complications with every prescription I have had filled. When you call it is always a “whatever” attitude.

Unacceptable service.Pharmacist well late to reopen past lunch hour. Waited for medicine that wasn’t there.Medicine gave us an automated message that it’s ready for pickup, only for stock to be empty and out of stock at all other Walgreens in the city.Staff seems to be trying their best in a broken system.Avoid, just go to CVS.

Walgreens Pharmacy is charging you $129.00 for a Covid-19 testing. It doesn't matter if you have insurance, veteran, Medicare or homeless. They are saying the CDC has made some changes and everyone is being charged. I can not find anything to this fact. My insurance and the Veteran Administration has not heard of anything about the American people having to pay for Covid-19 testing. Shame on you Walgreens

This is my wife's favorite store. Employees like Asad, Abrar, Matt, Zeina, and Mary Ann are extremely helpful and I think all deserves a big raise. I hope the corporate would give them a recognition along with a fat bonus paycheck. Thanks guys for always being so kind and helpful.

If I could leave negative stars I would. This pharmacy is grossly negligent and incompetent. On 2/4/22, Leslie Nguyen under the care of Dr: Yen Nguyen, RPH gave the an unauthorized shingles vaccination. She failed to confirm the Tetanus vaccination written on the informed consent form and carelessly injected the wrong vaccination without going through any of the pre screen questions. People die from this type of recklessness. This is illegal and has caused unnecessary health complications to an already compromised immune system. Leslie Nguyen was stoic after making the mistake, did nothing to provide additional care, did not follow up with and should be suspended. We will pursue all legal and equitable remedies under the law. Healthcare is important. Avoid being harmed at this location.

Very confused as to why this Walgreens location has 2 & a half stars? I just want to thank Zerina (I'm not too sure if that's how you spell her name) and Mary for making my trip here so memorable and having awesome customer service! This location is well stocked, all the items I was looking for was easy to find. This location is at the top of my list!

I just read the reviews from Walgreens and they reflect the poor customer service I have received. I was using a drug for a couple of months, but no longer needed it. I called and asked that the prescription not be renewed. A request was made to refill another drug that had an expired prescription. Rather than send that request to the doctor, in January they sent in the drug I had quite taking in June. My wife picked up my meds and they included the drug I no longer use along with a $50 copay. When I complained they refused to refund my copay. I called the local HQ and when I asked for the head of pharmacy was hung up on. I called back numerous times, but got a voicemail; I then looked up the corporate office in Illinois, (I'm in CA). I called the corporate office and ended up speaking to a very nice woman in Alabama. She took a report and we'll see where this goes. Hopefully it will be unlike another reviewer who had a similar experience and never got a call back.

I hate to write a review that does not have a lot of positive things in it but unfortunately I must do so. This Walgreen's location is not in the best part of town. I mean the store should not be blamed for all of the unsavory activity that happens around the store but I feel they should provide adequate security to protect the customers so we feel comfortable and safe when we walked into the location. I did not feel comfortable or safe when I walked into this location and neither did my family. I do not want to say this is like this at this location every single day and no one should go to this location. I am only trying to provide you with the information based on the experience that I had. When I went into the store and I told them employees about the people that were outside the store making things uncomfortable the employees told me there was nothing they could do about it. I completely understand it is not their job to police the area but they could I've tried to contact someone possibly a security guard or the police just to make sure that the customers feel comfortable. I know it is not their job description but someone must do some thing and it is not my responsibility as a customer to also police the location as well. I do not feel I should've had to call the police department to make people feel comfortable. I will definitely not be returning to this location. The only good thing that came from me going to this location is it first place as I did find some really cool slippers inside there. But besides that the place was terrible

The manager last name Noori is the worst. She is not qualified to be a manager. She can't answer simple questions and she has zero knowledge of store and store policy.
