“In the Target shopping center in Laguna in Elk Grove. I have been here a handful of times, every time I've been here I've been greeted and helped by a cordial person at the front who led me to the specific supplement/product I was looking for. They have some harder to find supplements (last time I was here for pure standardized milk thistle extract) and I've bought Dr. Bronner's sal suds here (great natural all purpose cleaner). There is a large body building supplement section (not that I have any idea what these supplements and protein powders are, but it looks like the selection could not be matched!). Decent prices and excellent choices.”

“My Go-To protein shakes in Elk Grove. Not only are the drinks amazing, but the owners are great! Super kind, helpful, and so positive! You can feel the energy once you come through door or once you call for a phone order. They also make yummy protein donuts, my favorite is the banana bread, blueberry, and strawberry lemonade. I always get the caramel macchiato with a prolessa shot inside. I typically get the Paloma tea but this time I tried the mangonada! That is now my new go to tea!”

“Kind and knowledgeable staff, always willing to help with your health goals and make reasonable recommendations, not based on sales, but based on your goals.Only downside is this is a popular store and sometimes their stock in supplements can run low, especially when running sales like BOGO, which they are always running some type of sale each month, so I've learned to order my staples online in bulk, and use the store for personal information.”
“I always believed that CBD was just snake oil-fake. However, after experiencing extreme sciatica nerve pain, I was willing to try anything. After 2 days of using CBD oil drops, the pain went away. I could not tell you that this due to the CBD oil, or if I just got better on my own. But let me add one more fact. I've had knee pain from an injury for over 5 years.
