Hopefully this store isn't a reflection of the direction the company is going. I've been a customer for 10 years and have raved about the service. Over the course of the past year this location has put customer service in the back seat. I hope this is a reflection of the employees and management rather than the company standards otherwise just go anywhere, pay the cheapest price because at this location you're not a valued customer and the standard is uniform across the board.

I have no idea how this verizon has such a low rating because EVERYONE was amazing, so nice and helpful and so fast. Diego was so informative and so wonderful to speak to. He hooked me up with home internet for so cheap and let me know all the promos. He is so thoughtful and everyone in there needs a raise!! ?

Negative stars. All they care about is upgrades, commissions and sell you on incorrect information to get a sale. 20 yrs with Verizon and this was a first for me. I went to another location for help and had zero issues.

This store has terrible customer service. Why only 1 person working the store when I see 2 others in the back??Then on top of that I have to pay $30 for a transfer swap?Verizon definitely gets you coming and going. I like the phone but Verizon sucks!
