The staff are helpful. What is lacking in all Post Offices is the ability to compete with The UPS Store, FedEx Office and Staples Office Supply. The USPS should offer package services, self service copy/printing compatible for both Apple iPhone & Android. These are the services that the competition do poorly. This is an opportunity for the USPS to shine.

Nasty place that doesn't restock inventory of free boxes, no one cleans this place. Filthy doors, floors, stinks. They need a inspection! I will be complaining to corporate.

I honestly cannot even remember if I have ever had a good experience at a post office, however today was exceptional! A guy named Kenny and he was AMAZING so friendly and helped me out how to best send a package to Germany!

I recently visited the USPS store to apply for a new passport, and I had a fantastic experience! The employee who assisted me was incredibly friendly and provided excellent customer service. Thanks to their efficiency, the whole process took barely five minutes.
I had pre-filled my application and came prepared with all the necessary supporting documents and a cheque, which helped speed things up. I highly recommend booking an appointment online and arriving at least 5-10 minutes early. It made the process smooth and hassle-free.
Overall, a big thumbs up to the USPS team for making this such a positive experience!

I went to the post office to mail a passport renewal by priority mail today. The post office has no line waiting. I'm at the window right away. The clerk who handles my mail even confirmed I have a photo, the old passport, the signed renewal form, and the payment check inside my priority mail flat rate envelope when he found out I was sending the passport renewal by mail. What an excellent service. I had my mail sent out in less than a few minutes and received the receipt with the tracking number. I have a wonderful experience with the service in this post office.

Shipped a letter to FL with priority, but these lazy public servants routed it to HI first. DEI has really gotten out of control. Our tax dollars are wasted beyond any comprehension.

I was given a appointment for 8.15am and the office doesn't open till 10.30am. Seriously....wasting peoples time.

Every occasion that I have gone there to mail something with one exception I usually just find the line extended to the PO Box area and I turn around and leave. One saving grace is the machine when it is functioning but there’s only one and the location is right where the line is and too cramped to use comfortably. This is not unique to this location Florin is as bad if not worse and their machine is broken…??

Made an online appointment and arrived early as directed... one hour later, I ask when my turn will be. They didn't even have my name on their list. What a bunch of idiots. So disfunctional.

I made an appointment to submit a passport application about 1 month prior to the scheduled date. Day of they call me 1.5 hours before the appointment. I called them back 5 minutes after they called me, the automated message said they closed, so I checked my application online which then said “appointment does not exist”. They appointment was working earlier in the day. No rescheduling or warning. IF YOU WANT TO GET YOUR PASSPORT DON’T COME HERE.
