Bakari was helpful and kind. His customer service went above and beyond. Bakari saw that I struggled to bring the box into the store and helped carry the box to the counter. He was so courteous. I told him I would always use his store for shipping, unlike the one down the street that was never friendly. UPS is lucky to have Bakari as an employee.

Although my experience qith UPS was not the best, my experience with Vicky was. I had a package that was supposed to be delivered with signature required. I was not home and was left a note it was taken to the UPS store. This was on a Tuesday. After 5 days, the package still had not arrived and the status had not been upated. Vicky did her best to track down the package for me, but it was not to be. She even called me the next week to see if it had arrived. I really appreciated her high level of customer service and care.

Balari is amazing! I have been in a few times over the last month for shipping and notary services, and he has been super helpful, professional, and detail-oriented each time. It’s refreshing to see that type of work ethic. Thanks Bakari!

Friendly staff, quick service, told me the amount for my lamination prior to doing it. Also let me know it would take a minute for the machine to heat up. Clean store. And not crazy busy with huge lines like the one down the street, is always a nightmare!

The young man came to my car and loaded a heavy, large box onto their dolly for me. He was pleasant, respectful and very helpful. I wish I remembered how to spell his name!

I'm not sure what is wrong with this ups store but service here is consistently unfriendly. The employees act like they are doing you a favor. It is close to my house, so I wish this store was viable, but it just isn't unless you enjoy inexplicably long lines and grumpy customer service.
