I have been in side waiting for ServiceNow each time 2 times I have come at different times too long of a wait.I am only wanted to drop off a Frontier box with the QR code it’s way too long to wait.I am here now waitingThe lady ahead of me is frustrated she has been here also waitingI would never come back here !!

Owner is rude and condescending to both Employees and Customers. He told his employee that customers can wait, and she needs to clean up. He was questioning everything she was doing. He made 7+ customers wait at 1:15 pm for her to box stuff and tape it. When he spoke to customers he spoke down to them. No wonder he can't keep any employees long term because he does not know how to treat them. I will drive further to not support someone who doesn't understand how to treat people.

This store needs to do a better job of training their employees on how to pack some items for shipping. Artwork from a family member's estate was packed by this store and shipped to me. Although nothing was broken in transit, the packer placed a thin, blue plastic film over the glass to catch any broken or shattered glass; the film should have been attached ONLY to the glass (per an employee that I spoke to). However, it was also attached to the frames of the artwork, and upon removal of the film, it has pulled off the finish of the frame. I emailed pictures of the damage to the store, and they told me that the owner would contact me. It has been a week and a half since I reached out about this and I haven't heard a word back from anyone. NOT good customer service!

I have never been so offended inside a post office or UPS store the guy Juan was ridiculously rude go to different UPS store save yourself the headache and then when you tell him why do you want to charge me for a piece of tape they said oh this is just how the store is

There's a guy here by the name of Juan extremely rude This UPS store all they want to do is nickel and dime you and delay your package please come over here with some tape they make excuse a nickel sized hole in your package will say nope nope you have to pay for extra taping are you can buy a new box for $21 please

Got to the store an hour before closing to do an Amazon return. There were about 6 people in front of me and one employee working. The line continued to grow to about 7 people behind me. I didn’t end up leaving the store until 4:40 bc it took so long. Then right as I was being helped (35 minutes after getting there) two other employees come from out of the back. Just not a pleasant experience. I will be using a different UPS store from now on. The one employee who was working did a great job. Just expect a long wait when you go to this particular UPS store.

Terrible experience. Went to drop off a return package that was delivered by UPS damaged. When I spoke with the person behind the counter I was told they would have to ask their supervisor, Carly, if it was okay to tape the tear in the packaging caused by UPS without charging me but she was on break and both employees were afraid to ask her. When they finally did decide they needed to ask her, she sounded aggravated that she was bothered and told them to charge me to tape the damage caused by UPS while shipping the package. Needless to say, I will never go back to this location again.

Had about 7 people waiting 15 mins after the posted opening time. I’ll be avoiding this busy traffic area for a more dependable UPS store nearby
