Update: thank you Ulta for making feel welcomed when you plaster a racists face all over your windows. This company is not about inclusion, it's clear as day when they post Jefree star everywhere.

Worse order pickup counter! you will wait longer in that line (even if there is no one else in that line) than the regular line because the cashier will not assist you. *tip: Just get in the regular line. you will save time!

I'm giving this one star because this yelp review forces you to click on a star to give a review. I've been to Ulta several times and even gotten my hair colored here. The staff is always in a bad mood, they don't like dealing with customers and can ruin your healthy hair in a second by not following the specific instructions and photos that you provide to them that show exactly how your hair should be. (My sentences usually get long when I'm this angry). Today, I was at Ulta and asked for help from a staff member and she was dragging her feet to the area where I asked if they had additional foundation as I couldn't find it there. She never smiled and acted as if I had interrupted her busy schedule. I even questioned if she worked there and had mistaken another customer as a staff member due to her attitude problem. Anyway, I tried to disregard it but when I went to pay for the products, the cashier didn't even ask if I'd like to use my points. I asked her if I could use them and she said "it's too late," as I had already been charged. I ended up complaining to her about the bad customer service, but she didn't seem to care much. I may have purchased the products, but will be returning them back. They don't deserve my business or anyone's business with this attitude. The bad attitude starts from their managers and trickles down to their staff. Change the managers and this will change the team's attitudes. You'll be able to retain more business that way and not cause your customers to get ulcers.

The people at this store profile every person of color. Every teenager. If you're not the certain stereotypical racist customer they're comfortable with you're going to be followed and asked multiple times if you need help. It's crazy that they already have a rep for being racist and sketchy, but they continue to pull this disgusting behavior. TEACH THESE WHITE WOMEN TO RESPECT PEOPLE

Ultra is always organized and clean. I appreciate the staffs politeness and patience with my questions. I had some questions about good hairspray for men and was completely lost. The line moved rather fast. The only concern I had was the cycle counts need to be updated in the travel sized Kenra. I was looking for a 25 and the shelf was snaking with 13 and shampoo.

I don't usually buy makeup often but Ulta sent me a $5 off of $10 through email (in store and online) and I was out of bronzer so I went in and picked out a too faced bronzer ($30) and when I went up to the register the lady said I can't use the coupon on prestige items (brand name items) only items in their cheap 4 section corner of the store. I left thinking it was in the fine print but nowhere does it state it has makeup exclusions??

I am constantly surprised at how few cashiers are helping customers while other staff, including, the manager run around stocking shelves. I spend a lot of money at Ulta and hate when I have to come to this location. I prefer shopping online. The store is dirty and overall staff aren't very helpful. I'm giving it two stars because they do greet every guest who comes in and the cashiers are generally nice.

I don't even know where to begin with this Ulta location. I've lived in the area for years and I try to avoid it because almost every employee acts like I'm bothering them and their conversations. They don't have manners. They never say please, thank you or even smile. They all act like they hate their jobs. Nothing is ever in stock. I don't know if anyone ever orders anything in that place. They never acknowledge you first. I opt out of going there anymore. I'll choose Sephora.

Yay this Ulta has Colourpop and Juvia's Place! /end5starreview Lol just playing. Pretty proud of myself that I ended up buying just what I was originally planning to get and nothing extra on my visit, but I digress. (Ultas are dangerous places for me.) Was greeted by staff upon entering, and, contrary to what has been mentioned in many reviews here, the staff overall was friendly and approachable. Even the cashier staff members were sociable while they were processing transactions with customers. Perhaps I went to the store at a lucky time, but I'll even go ahead and say that the group of staff is one of the best I've seen at an Ulta (I swear this isn't a sponsored review lol). This Ulta is a mid-size one and is pretty organized; no signs of ransackedness here. Love that there are indie brands like Colourpop and Juvia's Place at this location (I saw someone grab The Nubian palette off the Juvia's Place shelf and I wanted to tell her that she made a very good choice, but I didn't want to be "that" fellow shopper). Anyway, pretty darn good place to get your makeup. Generally easy parking, but lot may get a bit busy on weekends because of the neighboring Old Navy and other stores.

I dislike going to Ulta, but desperate times call for desperate measures. I dropped my foundation and needed a replacement ASAP. I went in already knowing what I wanted but just wanted to make sure that I was getting the right shade for the upcoming summer season. I like their Ulta line, which is located at the front corner of the store. I wanted to try some shades of foundation, but their stations with the cotton and make up removers were all the way in the other side of the store. So, I went back and forth until after the 3rd time and decided to just bring a whole batch of stuff with me. They have the store brand make up remover which is terrible, especially when removing dark colored lipstick. Now, every time I got to Ulta, I'll bring my own remover and cotton pads. They only have tissues in their stations. Most of the staff members I've encountered at this location, don't really know much beyond the basic training they receive. If you ask a question that goes beyond superficial information, you're met with a blank look. They walk around asking if you need a bag, but the make up stations are disorganized and dirty. I get it, most customers DGAF and leave the stations filthy. However, that's still no reason to leave it that way. I got some make up stains on my shirt while I was looking at the lipsticks which I was unable to get out. (UGH!) I came back the next day to exchange a product and the station was just as dirty as it was the day before. Come on, people! I used to think that between this and the Delta Shores location, that this was the lesser of two evils, but I'm rethinking that opinion after my latest visit.

I'm so disappointed in how I was treated. I stopped in because I wanted to try the Morphe makeup. One of the sales associates was so kind to assist me as I had already purchased the wrong color and while we were trying to determine the right color... the manager Kay instructed the sales associate to get back to the register as the register is her priority. I was shocked that I as a customer trying the get the right makeup was not a priority. The sales associate was extremely embarrassed and apologized profusely... usually people are nice there .. in this case... not soo nice! She was a real b****** Beware of Kay..

Came in to this store looking for some help to get a foundation match, and brow stuff because they are supposed to be the experts, but I must not have looked like someone worth helping so I left after no one wanted to help me. This isn't the 1st time this has happened to me here. I'm just going to drug store to see what I can find there. I'm sure I can find something there.

Juliana is a LIFESAVER. She's the smash box rep for this store, and i am not even exaggerating when i tell you she changed my life. I have been struggling to find a foundation that matched me, didn't come off in an hour, and offered me full coverage without being cakey. Juliana heard all these needs, and she made it happen and then some. She spent some 1 on 1 time with me teaching me the best way to do things (she taught me how to contour!!) and the best products to use and how to use them. Needless to say, i walked out of there a new woman! Juliana you're the best, just wish i had got your number so we could be best friends ;)

I got my hair and makeup done here by Mili and it turned out great. I went to an alumni event and my makeup and hair got compliments . Also, I always get help and people greeting me every time I visit Ulta. This is my favorite branch.
