I'd give it a zero from the five rating of the hdmi replacement they said it would be 30 dollars when they explained their situation but when I went they didn't give me a second to explain and just said 180 for 3-5 days or same day for 250 and I was in shocked because of what other people said about this place so I think they should atleast lower the price just a little.

Horrible experience, lied and said my charging port didn't work. They couldnt fix my screen unless they used my chargibg port to run a diagnostic thru Samsung. But they could put on a temporary screen for 160 even if my port didn't work. They would only do that if i purchased a new phone then had them transfer my info over to the new phone. Went to another place. My charging port worked just fine and my screen was replaced with the next hour. Place was a scam..

I went to the uBreakiFix store in Elk Grove and had an absolute HORRIBLE experience. I was helped by someone who said his name was Sir Charles and this guy should be FIRED. I was qouted two prices based how how quickly I wanted the repair done. Then I was told he could get it done for the same day price IF I subscribed to the coverage plan they offered. He also told me that if I did that, he would get a "kickback". He said that there was no contract on the coverage and I could cancel at any time. THEN he gave me a date and said I should wait until then to cancel, because that's when he would receive his commission. I told him I was trying to get it done within 3 hours, so I could surprise my son with his fixed PS5 by the time he got out of school. He went into the back, came back, and said his technician would move my repair to the front of the line and get in done in time, for a $50 CASH TIP. I reluctantly agreed and left the console there. I then came home and called 4 other places to compare prices. Every single one of them were cheaper. 1 place was half the price with a 2 hour turn around. When the repair was completed, I went back, picked it up and paid the amount on the invoice but refused to pay the cash tip. His behavior was unethical and reflects very poorly on this company. They have employed a hustler who is trying to take advantage of customers!!! As a result, I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE!!!!

They fixed my phone screen quickly and were super friendly. My new screen has been great so far and they even hooked me up with a discount on a new tempered glass screen protector. If my screen cracks again, I will definitely come back here!

Exceeded my expectations! Not only was I able to walk in without an appointment. But they were able to repair the broken screen and the damaged LCD....the same day!
