The store was well stocked. There were long lines, but the lines were moving in a timely manner. The only thing I didn't like was the safety to the store, from the parking lot for handicap people or people in general. We had to park around the corner of the building in a handicap place to be safe on the same sidewalk as the store.

If you’re a person that likes halo kitty merch I don’t recommend you going there because the employees and the manager put aside merch that’s not even put on the floor yet for themselves and when you ask them who are they holding the stuff in the front they say for somebody but then when you call and say, can you hold stuff they say no we can’t hold nothing so basically they’re holding it for themselves and not giving a chance for people that want to buy it and there’s nothing we can do because every time I talk to the manager, they lie I tried calling the corporate office and made a complaint let’s see what happens.

Ppl steal because the employees don't know what customer service is. There was a lady checking out a customer in the jewelry department and we were waiting to look at something and she literally just walked away. I could have easily walked out with merchandise. Merchandise is everywhere and not really organized maybe it's because of the sales after the holidays. Wouldn't shop here again.

So much variety. Lines can get long unless you go when they open. This is my favorite store and their home decor is really great too. Minus one start because they have toys but not too many options for kids clothes and shoes, mostly adults or babies.
