Tire service and products here have never dissapointed me. Watch these guys operate as they go through cars one after another in a very precise manner and you will quickly recognize teamwork at its best!
Thank you very much for the great service you provide! I had a flat today at 5pm so naturally I dropped off my tire expecting to pick up the next day. Ozzy took it in and told me it will be done by closing even though there were 9 cars ahead of me. I came back at closing time and was surprised that the team stayed past closing just to finish my tire and a few other customers' as they waited.

“Had issues w/alignment, Tire Pros took me in immediately. Along the way they replaced rotor, 5 studs, 2 bad tires, rotated, swapped out full spare, installed wiper blades I had w/ me and changed oil. I was in and out w/in hours. I was so pleased w/ the great customer service and fair pricing that I returned the next morning for A/C repair. Truly a one‐stop shop that I wish I knew about earlier!”

They explained everything thoroughly and even gave me good advice on how to save money without jeopardizing quality!! “Wow! Marlio provided the best customer service! I was going back and forth with Costco Tires or American Tires for replacement of my 4 tires. Decided to go to Costco specifically here in this Elk Grove location due to high reviews. The technicians here are awesome and Marlio specially since he helped me from cashier, explaining the warranty, explaining when I should bring my tires for rotation. He made sure that my new tires will last me the warranty by explaining me what I need to do. Grateful for a great experience, glory to God!”
“I’ve noticed over the last year or so, the employees have changed. Years ago when I have been for service, the employees were a bit rude and aggressive. The service was not friendly at all. Now that it seems like new management and employees, the environment is so much more welcoming. The tone and attitude of the employees are so genuine. I know that when I go for service, my car will be taken care of. I feel confident they won’t lie to me about things wrong with my vehicle, that I know is not true. As a female, I always feel mechanic shops take advantage of women, because we aren’t educated about cars. I would always leave left wondering if they tampered with my car, or overcharged me for something I really didn’t need. Today I feel great about taking my car to Firestone for excellent and loyal service!”

“We came in late to the Hampton Inn and apparently left something electrical on. As the young man was trying to clean the entry to his shop, he stopped and jumped our car! We were on our way until we heard a crazy noise. We had something stuck in our rental car tire which he removed. He said it didn’t penetrate the tire so he put the tire on and we were on our way! It’s people and service like this that make life so grand! Thank you for getting us on the road to our friends’ wedding!”
